BUT, and this is kind of a big but, their cost to ship documents with UPS overnight was extremely expensive.. I found that Staples is at least 30% cheaper. Other than that, these people and the service they offer is great..”

“My letter carrier went completely above and beyond today and I want it known to all. I’m elderly and live alone. I was trying to get my trash to the curb and was slipping and sliding. A fall would be awful. He saw me and took charge, taking my trash bin all the way down my driveway!! I wish I would have gotten his name but he delivers on Churchill across from dollar general.

“If you are having delivery issues, reach out on Facebook and have someone file a service issue directly with the facility to get it resolved. I was having issues with packages being put at the wrong entrance, and that seems resolved now. Yesterday in the snow, a driver carried a heavy Chewy box all the way up from the road to my front door. I appreciate that!”
