I really can't say enough good things about this place&the 2 gentleman I had the absolute pleasure of working with (Mark&Sam). Customer service is AMAZING. Facility is Very secure. Pricing is great. Start to finish, it was one of the easiest processes ever. And their obvious appreciation for cars makes them a joy to talk to and work with. All around Phenomenal experience....except thr part where I had to leave my favorite toy in storage *sad face*

I highly recommend Toy Storage Ohio if you are planning on storing your car short or long-term. Sam exceeded my expectation when it came to customer service. He went above and beyond what was expected. I definitely appreciated his commitment to making sure that I was happy and satisfied because when it comes to my car, I could be a bit of a worrywort. He answered my questions and addressed my concerns which put me at ease.
I will be bringing my car back for further storage in the future.

Toy storage is ran by a great group of men that are genuinely interested in keeping your car safe. Every interaction I’ve had has been with kind, attentive, and caring people who made the process as easy as possible. I can’t recommend them enough!

Not much of a writer but if you are looking to store your dream car and you don't check this place out before you do then you'll be missing out on the best place that I've seen ..Cleanliness, security, near zero condensation climate control and of course Sam and Marko that are so helpful and knowledgeable and took the time to answer whatever questions I had. You have a first class operation guys and thank you for what you do.
