Save yourself the trouble of going to this store, there the employees think that you are the one who should beg them, rude, they leave and leave you standing there, they don't give you options, a store where you normally spend 300 to ⬆️ and they with a brutal attitude.

They don’t greet you and make you feel as if you are bothering them when asking them can you try a shoe in your size. Like aren’t you on the clock? I won’t be coming back here. The whole experience was just rude and ghetto

Love this location! Picked up an order from here the other day and the staff was super courteous and professional. The store was stocked and clean. It’s def going to be my new go to!

I actually had a pleasant experience there on Saturday. My daughter and I purchased some shoes! The gentleman was very helpful, friendly, and professional!! The young lady who waited on me at the register was polite as well!! You can’t find good help anymore, but we sure did during our visit. I forgot to get names. The gentleman that waited on us was ending his shift at the time, I really liked the fact that it was time for him to go but he did not rush at all!

WARNING!!!This store forces store credit even when you don't want it. If you're using a credit card, please press credit if you might have to return item. They don't tell you you can't get your money back if you use debt. They don't give you cash back either. They will force store credit! Like Robots. They don't deserve any stars but I had to just to let you guys know.Go to the DTLR on Lorain Ave. They're better and they don't force store credit and they gave me my money back with ease simple in and out.

300 bucks in my pocket. But workers cant even say hello when u come in store. Or ask if they can help. Wont even ask for help. Quality staff u got working. Both stores on either side greeted me. Wont return.
