Everyone at this store is kind courteous, and personable. I could ask for better people. As someone who has health issues knows it helps to have a pharmacy always work to make things easier on you.

Called for meds a week ago, they don't even bother to contact you if it's ready or having a issue refilling, and when you can the ruddess manor you get from them ,
It's so sad to see unprofessional, crazy people working in field that is important to be nice to ppl, and have some humanity and patience, they need discipline, specially a guy who works there , tj or j or t I dont remember his name , he was literally fighting with me over the phone ,but yeah, not the first time for god sake someone look into that..

A man who answered the phone ridiculed me , and was very aggressive on phone , like he want to fight with me,
I dont know who is the boss of this pharmacy, but indeed need a reunion about policy how to treat customer who are sick needing their prescription,
That rudeness is unacceptable at such job industry, period.

The people in the pharmacy are always helpful and accommodating. I get all my meds there and I have never had a problem. I really appreciate their support!

I just went up there an hour ago to fill a prescription for my baby I asked them how long it would take because last time I tried to fill it I never got a text when it was ready and I'm a single mom with a 10 month old to bring with me to pick it up. She told me later that day. I asked for an estimate time it might be filled because it's alot to pack a baby up and go up there with her feeding times and naps. She told me a half hour at the most. I showed up 40 mins later and they were closed. They were closed if I showed up at the 30 mins. These people think it's funny to play sick jokes on people. Now I had to go back home take my baby out of the car again and now I'm going to have to put her back into he car and go back up when they aren't. She knew they would be closed when she told me it would be ready. I still never received a text. DONT GO HERE.

The pharmacist is completely rude. I recently had to change pharmacies due to the fact that the pharmacy I was using on Pearl road has closed down. I call to get my prescription refilled she is completely rude when I have a problem with a prescription she is even more ruder. She usually works morning shift I would suggest if you want anything filled do not go in the morning. When I do call to ask for one of my prescriptions to be refilled I will have to wait two days to pick him up. She is the most rudest pharmacist I have ever had to deal with..

Be aware of Mrs Jeffries very rude to customers and has her manager Alex to back her up with lies! She has no communication skills and is very nasty to customers!! Already put in a complaint with corporate and BBB
