The pharmacist is completely rude. I recently had to change pharmacies due to the fact that the pharmacy I was using on Pearl road has closed down. I call to get my prescription refilled she is completely rude when I have a problem with a prescription she is even more ruder. She usually works morning shift I would suggest if you want anything filled do not go in the morning. When I do call to ask for one of my prescriptions to be refilled I will have to wait two days to pick him up. She is the most rudest pharmacist I have ever had to deal with..

Be aware of Mrs Jeffries very rude to customers and has her manager Alex to back her up with lies! She has no communication skills and is very nasty to customers!! Already put in a complaint with corporate and BBB

Ok fine I'll own this one. I thought that was my child I was placing into my cart. I didn't realize it was in fact Carl, associate produce manager. Do I actually have any children? No. And Carl isn't exactly small, but I had already lifted him; and I don't leave a job half-done. That's not what's important here. I could have sworn Carl said I couldn't eat all the grapes. His eyes did most of the talking, really. And I WOULD HAVE EATEN ALL THE GRAPES had I not been tackled by 3 of your employees. It's like an unwritten rule of Grocing, if you can fit them all in your mouth, you don't have to pay for them. The Bible also has a bunch of rules like that. So does baseball. I don't like any of those things, nevertheless. Anyways please let me Shop at Giant Eagle again, otherwise this logo of your store i got on my neck was all for nothing and Heinen's Logo doesn't have any wings on it.

Beware of price errors at checkout! This store has the best selection for miles... But I will not shop here again. They are chronically understaffed. Check out takes forever. There is no customer service - prices are high.Back to the price issue... this happened to me a while back when sweet potatoes were priced in produce at $.99 a pound and the computer at checkout said $2.49 per pound. Last time, the cashier and customer service representative couldn't understand why the price in the computer was wrong... It took several minutes and they keyed in the right price for me. Today, the sign in produce said $1.29 per pound. At the self check out, they rang up at $2.49!. I tried to call customer service to help... But minutes later no one came to my flashing light and there was no help in sight. The lineups at every checkout counter were insane so instead of waiting at the register, I decided to proceed through the checkout and take my issue to customer service. Well, there was only one employee at customer service, and she was helping another customer, which was taking a very long time. I was third in line and I did not have time to wait - so I decided to take the loss and leave the store - never to return!

Unbelievable how very rude the people in the pharmacy are in this location. This is the second time my daughter has had surgery and I have had to come here. I don’t understand how people that are in customer service can be so very rude. I told my daughter she is definitely switching pharmacies.

Went to pick up my mother's birthday cake. Never had a problem until today. Christmas Eve, out of all days. Baker forgot filling, asked for 10 minutes to fix. Not a problem. Showed me cake, looked good. Arrived home, cake had shifted, split in half! Ruined! And it was still warm! I'm not a baker, but you don't give a warm cake to a buyer! Especially, when it went from a warm place to frigid Temps, back to a warm house! I'll never buy from GE bakery again! My mother's birthday is ruined! Store closed early and there's nothing I can do to fix problem.

Ive always done everything in my power to avoid giving my business to businesses that don't seem to appreciate it or have attitudes for having to do their jobs and obviously I won't inconvenience my doctor by asking her to find me a different pharmacy to do business at because of the lack of commitment one or two employees(not all) might have at servicing their costumers politely and with respect.But going forward I will attempt to do mail order delivery and avoid this location period.

Poor customer service in the pharmacy. The woman with the red/ pink hair is rude and needs a lesson on how to properly treat customers.Positive Note!Maria on the drive thru window. She was super nice, friendly & Efficient. Hopefully her great customer service skills rub off on others.

My favorite grocery store, really great employees like Kim, Dawn, and Val. Nicest people. Do miss prior managers. I have had 1 return in 6 years--over-ripe blackberries (immediately replaced). Lots of variety of items. If sold out, employees go check in back of store. Really like bread and hoagies, doughnuts (1/2 price Fridays) and cookies and tray cupcakes.

Cody and a bigger older lady spent more time arguing and showing their ignorance with me about how they can only ring out 5 items or less, when they could have spent that time ringing me out, since I only had 13 items and no line behind me.I'll have to say Really good customer service (100%sarcasm)I have all day and I'm not in a hurry at all, just proved how the customer service is at this pharmacy. Maybe they need to evaluate their customer service!
