“Love the group fitness classes. Especially Kickboxing (Saturday at 9am). I hope they make the class 2 classes a week (minimum). The gym itself is really nice and because it's 24 hrs, it's never busy. I'm going to start personal training soon, as well. The Ohio Gym (with newly incorporated Soza) had really gave me a new leash on life and a healthy lifestyle.”

“I wanted to give it a few months before giving a detailed review, but roaster Barbell is an AWESOME gym.I’m new to CrossFit, and had my reservations, as I had no background with gymnastics or Olympic style lifting. Pete’s credentials speak for themselves. He did a phenomenal job introducing me to complex lifts / movements my body hadn’t done before (Highly recommend doing an intro). Moreover, he creates and maintains a safe environment where people aren’t going to hurt themselves.The facility is great, the community is better and Pete’s programming is off the charts. My ultimate goal was to be a better athlete ( for bjj and grappling ) and in just a few months i feel more explosive and more conditioned than I ever have before.I thought it would be intimidating, but there are athletes of all shapes, sizes and skill levels and tenure here - and everyone has been very nice and accommodating. Unless your goal is to not improve your fitness, I 100% recommend checking it out.”

“I am entering my 10th week of personal training with Paris at Compound Fitness. I came to them at the age of 40, the weakest I have ever felt and overweight (by a lot). I was broken and after trying every gimmick from Nutrisystem to Semiglutide I was left more confused than ever.I cannot begin to tell you how much I love this gym and the owners.It was a little intimidating walking in the door but after 1 workout I knew that this was exactly what I needed. I now have hired Paris as a personal trainer 3 x a week for an hour each session.The positive mindset that Paris guides me with set me up for the week and I have gotten so much stronger in this short timeframe. Amanda has been a dream helping with nutrition and giving me ideas to stay on track with my eating to help achieve my goals.Everyone is so friendly, and I know I will meet my goals with their help. This is an atmosphere I plan to be a part of for many years to come! “I am a 9Round member in Seattle and have been out in Cleveland for work. I called in to request a drop-in session and the owner was incredibly helpful and responsive. The gym had recently been renovated and the space is really nice. I worked out with Chris who was such a great trainer. He really hit the perfect balance of encouragement and accountability. I had a great workout and will definitely be returning when I am back in town.”

“I’ve been a member of a few OTF studios and I’ve worked out at several OTF locations around around Ohio and I can say with certainty Downtown Cleveland OTF is the best location I’ve been apart of! The coaches are thoughtful and helpful, the studio manager Sam is amazing (I check in and speak with her frequently) and the gym and equipment is in great shape and well taken care of (I’ve been at plenty studios where it looks like zero maintenance is ever done). All of the members are friendly and class sizes and time-slots are great. Highly highly recommended to anyone looking for a HIT workout studio - both beginner and expert!”

“I've been doing CrossFit for the better part of the last 12 years. Having been to many gyms across the country and in the Cleveland area, I can safely say that C4 is a special place. The programming will make athletes of all levels better. And while there are many impressive athletes here, the terrific coaching and welcoming community make it a perfect place for beginners as well. And there's so much space and great equipment! My only regret is that I didn't join sooner. If you're looking to improve your fitness and make new friends, come check it out!”

“Honestly the best the gym I've been to. Never crowded so you don't have to fight for machines or dumbbells. It's clean and has everything you need to get a good work out in. Mike is a fantastic owner who really cares about his business and members. I asked a question over the weekend expecting an answer on Monday, and Mike answered that same day, which you don't get from a lot of businesses. Come to this gym, you won't be disappointed.”

“I have been a member of a number of gym’s through out the years, but my favored is Euphoria Health & Fitness. Some of the things I love about the gym is that it is always very clean sanitized and never crowded. Euphoria has personal trainers who are very professional, and they have a number of fitness program to meet the needs of their clients. I started working out at Euphoria about 1 year ago, and I had not reached some of my fitness goals. So I mentioned this to one of the personal trainers, and he said to me, “sometimes you need our help” and he was right. Shortly after that I began to workout with Kyle, one of the personal trainers and the owner of Euphoria. After about 4-5 months I’ve reach my personal fitness goals, I feel better, I’m stronger, and I’ve lost weight. So, I highly recommend Euphoria to anyone who have fitness goals. David Leach”

“This place is awesome! The instructors are all so knowledgeable and the classes are a ton of fun. I have never had such a good time while working out! The group of ladies (and a few men) who attend regularly are SO friendly, inclusive, and welcoming. I was nervous to come my first time, but they each made me feel super comfortable and I have loved every single class I’ve been to since. The strength training aspect of each workout has helped me build muscle like I haven’t before. There is also childcare available which is a huge bonus if you are a busy working parent or have trouble finding a good time to workout.”

“I have intermittently attended the gym (largely due to my own scheduling conflicts). This has been my best group gym experience. I've been a part of other CrossFit boxes, OrangeTheory, etc., and this box has been the best experience. The coaches are knowledgable, everyone was friendly and introduced themselves, and there's a great spirit of competitiveness while not making you feel bad if you're just getting started. If my schedule aligned better, I would be a full timer at this box.”

If you like a trainer that is authentic, can provide great real life examples of fitness and diet, and genuinely cares about your well being, then Adam at Fitness Revolution is your guy. I also appreciate that Adam is a fitness buff, not a meat head. Our high intensity training sessions kick our butts in the best possible of ways, but never feel "routine." I'm also a fan of Adam's presence on social media, in that he is constantly posting videos of fitness routines, his take on diet, and even his series of videos on how to maintain fitness levels when traveling are soooo helpful.”
