The manager, Jeff, was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to test a dehumidifier to make sure it was working okay before I purchased it. He was also offered insightful information for my future home improvements. I would recommend Jeff for any of your questions or concerns.

My husband and I ordered toilets, a bathroom vanity, a front door with a side light, and kitchen counters. We ordered these back in March and put payments down and we were told the vanity has been “lost” and then told it was coming and then today it was supposed to be delivered and surprise, no vanity delivered. We also were supposed to have the door a while ago and then they told us it got damaged/broke so they had to order a new one. That was supposed to be in (again) on June 10th and it was not. Nobody has delivered the door yet either. Absolutely awful customer service. We have tried contacting customer service, the project manager and even a supervisor. Very sparse responses and one even hung up on us instead of telling us where the vanity was. At this point I want either a huge discount or a refund.

Worst Lowe's I have ever been to. Workers standing around ignoring you. When asked to help they ignore you or say they are not in that department. Asked for a manager and was completely ignored by help desk. They should fire the managers. What a joke, go any where worse at all cost for help
