Went and bought paint tonight. Was helped by Virginia, SHE WAS AMAZING. She was so sweet and helpful and personable. I wish more people that worked with the public were like her! Would come back just to see her!

The customer service is far superior compared to home Depot. You can never find help at home Depot at Lowe's or people that are happy to help you. And they're not hiding home Depot. Better watch out Lowe's is coming with customer service. Something that home Depot doesn't have

One of several home improvement stores that I shop at. Went in for some drain cleaner. Not busy at all. Got the item, went through self checkout and was out in minutes.

The associate in my area i honestly felt so bad for!. Went in for an off the wall fix for a cheap wireless car mount charger. The bolt for it was of no size metric or standard and came with an acorn nut. Hence the issue i has to get a new bold in metric and somehow. due to no acorn nuts in metric there, rig it to hold and adjust with a wing nut. Thanks to her it was perfect. Now just figuring out where to mount to my car that wont block my view. Ecellent yet again Lowe's Ridgepark!!!

Called to get replacement part for product bought there. Originally told it would be too burdensome to look up the part I called back and asked for a manager. After 27 minutes on hold they "got someone else". They went down to the same department who then went through some kind of search and tried to sell me a part they had in stock but that didn't fit.

The salesman made a mistake. It took me way too much time and effort to get it corrected, then they gave me an attitude that they were doing me this huge favor fixing the mistake they made. The salesman should of had the balls to admit he was wrong, never happened. We will never shop their again- have canceled our Lowes credit cards.

Worked with Elizabeth C. in cabinets to design a new kitchen and it was a great experience. She was super knowledgeable, easy to work with, answered all my questions, and was patient with all the adjustments I wanted. She clearly communicated her schedule, responded to emails, and actually answered the phone when I called. I highly recommend working with her.

tried to match a 4ft bulb, no one around, went to desk & they paged someone. No one came, went back. they read the numbers on the bulbs-duh I can do that. Didn't offer to get help. THe checkout guy was demeaning to me to another worker while I could hear him.

Horrible customer service. Never an employee to help in the departments. Most checkouts closed, except for maybe two self checkouts with an employee standing there watching you do their work. At best, this location is a failing entity with poor management and employees that don’t care. I’ll NEVER return. Orange store here I come.

Bad experience when trying to check-out. After about a ten minute process with a cashier and supervisor, I gave up and left. No ultimate explanation other than they have a buggy system and would need to resolve at corporate, and I was unwilling to wait more. There was no follow-up from store level or corporate. I won't be shopping there again any time soon.

Worst customer service ever -- Never buying an appliance from them again. Bought a new fridge online -- not cheap, but not expensive either. Fridge arrived in a box that looked like they dragged it down the street. Tape on the front and sides, obvious dents/nicks/abrasions. Photographed the damage in anticipation of the fridge being also damaged. Moved the unit into place (downstairs) and opened the box. The fridge (surprise) is dented on all (4) sides. The front of the fridge has the worst damage, a large dent that is so deep it goes through the clear coat on the appliance.I call customer service to inform them I am not accepting a scratch&dent fridge for the price of a new fridge. They refuse to make it right for me -- insist that I need to return the fridge at MY COST despite the fact that they delivered it in the banged up condition it arrived in.After wasting an hour on the phone they tell me the matter is being "escalated" and I will be called back within 24 hours. I wait 48 hours, no calls received, and call back. I get more runaround, the issue is being "escalated" again. Supposedly, call back in 24-48 hours. I wait 72 hours, no call back again. This time, I call my credit card, and dispute the charge. It takes my credit card a week to analyze the issue, at which point they rescinded the merchant's payment. The VERY NEXT DAY, I get a call telling me I have a "delivery" scheduled from Lowe's -- a delivery for what?I am not available on Friday to take the delivery - work, etc - so I call to find out WHAT IS EVEN BEING DELIVERED? Is the existing fridge being removed? Etc.....Customer service hangs up on me TWICE after a twenty plus minute hold time. Call back again for another endless hold, and 4 hours later I still have no resolution to the issue that Lowe's created by sending an obviously damaged fridge out despite marketing it as a new product.I feel slighted that they tried to force a damaged product onto me at the same price as a new product -- fraud? -- I feel even worse that they tried to make it MY ISSUE by insisting I RETURN the product that ARRIVED damaged -- I have no truck to be driving a fridge around in -- and I am incredibly upset that their customer service's response to the matter is to just hang up on me instead of answering simple questions like "What is even supposed to get delivered today?"Never again. Go anywhere else. Home Depot, Best Buy, at least their customer service answers the phone and TRIES to be helpful. Straight up the worst appliance ordering experience I have ever had.

Easily the worst run Lowes I’ve been to. They never have anything stocked. Their answer is always no. Doesn’t matter what you ask of them.

been using lowes for years, however they sold me a warped piece of lumber for a repair and it would not fit into the spot because of the bend. Even though they cut it down to specification they would not allow a return. Will no longer be using Lowes for anything
