I don’t live around here, I’d never been in this Marc’s before. I picked it for an urgent bathroom stop because the one near me has public restrooms. This one does not, I had to navigate a maze of a large store and I almost shat myself
PS- to top it off, the store was visually unappealing and depressing inside. I don’t get the same vibe from the one near me

Used be a great place to shop but over time they really went down hill, never consistent with stock and now they took away the hot food rotisserie chicken, it's time to shop elsewhere so many new places that open

I ordered a sandwich slider tray and a cookie platter for my Christmas work party. They were beautiful and delicious. Thank you, Brooklyn deli workers. Well done and I appreciate you!

I want to take a moment to give a super positive shout out to Angela Z at the Marks Brooklyn Ridge Park Square store. Whenever I get the opportunity to be in her check out line I consider it a blessing. She is such an absolutely positive person, she always just makes my day! Kudos to Angela Z. We could use many more Angela Z's in our world today!

This is my 2nd review of this great store. I don't know why they keep disappearing some hours. Anyway, this store stays well stock clean, and they have pretty good produce and different selections of chicken and different meats. They also have household items and plenty of snacks to choose from and bake goos as well

Very rude "customer service" area workers tonight. If you are going to talk about your customers in a mocking way, maybe don't do it in a super loud voice when they are twenty feet away from you and can hear every word you are saying. If you can't be classy in the way you handle what you deem to be outrageous questions, then maybe you shouldn't be working in a customer service job. If I could give a "zero" I would.

Forget this store!!!! The management team is an absolute joke. Fired a developmentally disabled guy after 23 years of work, over a piece of cheese that wouldve been thrown away!!!! You people are disgusting!!! He gave everything to that company only to be treated like filth!!!! Me nor my family will set foot in another store owned by Glassman!!!!! Despicable in every way!!!!

I hate when cashiers aren't courteous...today 7/16 a clerk by the name of Master B did not speak at all. He started ringing up my things, even after giving me my receipt he still didn't speak. The great thing is they had what I needed

Was there about 2 weeks ago my credit cards fell out my wallet got caught under the conveyer belt. The worker Melissa went above and beyond and did get my card for me while also making sure everyone employee and customers were taken care of while doing it. Just don't see workers like that anymore

Most of the employees are wonderful. The prices are way lower than Giant Eagle and even Walmart (or so it’s rumored as I have never been in a Walmart). The best part is the close-out section! Nice bras for $3, reader glasses for .99 cents, assorted tools, glassware, toys, current holiday decorations and much more. Best way to describe it is an organized flea market inside a store. Every Marc’s location has this section. It’s not as nicely designed as Giant Eagle but I guess that’s why Marc’s prices are lower.

Great closeouts section - a true northeast Ohio gem. I'm glad they accept credit cards now. Don't expect to get through the checkout process quickly, though - they're not set up to be efficient, and they often seem to have too few cashiers. I usually end up going to customer service to pay because I only have a few things and don't want to wait 5 minutes. God help you if you end up in line behind an old lady writing a check - they should ban checks except for one of the checkout lines. Their cashiers also like to put ever 3-4 items in their own bag, and double or triple-bag it. Some locations have self-checkouts now, which help.
