I love going to Michael's and all their arts & crafts!! The store is really nice and it usually has everything that you're looking for greatly stocked. Staff is usually really younger. Its nice to see these young people working!

Placed an order and they canceled one of my items because it wasn't in stock. I found the exact item on the shelf when I walked around the store before picking up my order... luckily they honored the price, but was a little annoying. Sewing section also leaves much to be desired.
