I called a few other repair shops before I found them.They were the only company willing to fit me in on a same day repair.Tire got patched in less than 20 minutes and at half the price of their competitors!Great staff and they will be getting all my Tire business moving forward!

Local website at 11:38am allowed me to schedule a 12:30p appt today at their Brooklyn, Oh location for tire repair due to a slow leak from a visible nail it the tread. I drove 15 miles to be greeted by this sign at closed business.

Truly an awesome experience. My boyfriend and I are road-tripping from Chicago and my tire pressure light went on 10 minutes before our exit. We get off and just happened to come across this place. Will (store manager) greeted us with a smile and asked how he can help. We asked if he could inspect it and sadly there was a nail in the sidewall of my tire so it couldn’t even be patched. Will was so kind to drive to another location and pick up the tire we needed. Got a new one put on in less than an hour. I wish I could give him 10 stars because he was so efficient, kind and helpful.

I had an appointment here for an oil change at 2 pm. They got my car right in. Cut to me still sitting there going on 4 and no one has said a word to me as to why this is taking so long. Then the guy comes and says they didn't have my oil filter and had to go to the dealership to get it. That's the first anyone had said anything about why it was taking so long. Then the price was way more then I anticipated. I feel like prices should have been gone over before the actual oil change. Then worst of all they did a tire rotation then I left there and as soon as I pulled on the street my tire was making a clunking sound and my car was driving weird so I immediately turn back around and pull in and tell them what was happening. The guy comes out to tighten my bolts and I see that he starts really tightening my front driver side tire. THEY NEVER PUT MY TIRE BACK FULLY ONTO MY CAR!! HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN AT A TIRE PLACE??!! I could've crashed my car or something else bad happen. The workers acted like it was no big deal at all which pissed me off even more. Needless to say I will never come back to this place.

I had a very good experience at this location. I came in for a wiper replacement and full courtesy inspection. The manager Will was very professional. They took care of me meeting my service requests, was thorough and reasonable in price. The service was good and left a feeling I made a good choice by choosing TireChoice.

Took in for fuel lines to be replaced I have OEM lines pre bent….should be an easy job ….called shop said he took to another shop and there was no brakes …….I went to the shop to get my car and the vapor line was ripped off and hanging and not usable and right above that is the brake line that has a hole in it…….so obviously when he ripped off the vapor line he hit the brake line…….and yes there is a connector that if he knew how to work he wouldn’t of had to Demo it……

I gave a negative rating to the store several years ago, but since it's been managed by new people I have no complaints whatsoever. They are very pleasant, thorough and do a great job for a reasonable price.They just changed my serpentine belt, did a cooling system pressure check and an oil change and tire rotation and it was about $150 less than I expected it to be!I am very happy with my experience.

Stopped in with a tire/wheel issue while on a road trip. The crew here is attentive and helpful. I dealt directly with service techs Drew and Luis who went above and beyond to get me back on the road- their problem solving made the rest of my trip possible. The young woman at the front was flexible and caring. Also, their lead, Chris, was a big help. Thank you all around.
