Love this store and the selection they have, but terrible hours for nail techs who work in a salon :( 9-5 would be more ethical.

I had to get an extra nail brush to take with me to Columbus for my license exam so I went to this store to get one(although I had been coming here) for my supplies when I was still in school. When the lady(owner) found out that I was going to take the exam she gave me the item for free! I left the store with a smile and happiness because the kindness she showed is not something you just see every day. Now I’m licensed and still visit the store every now and then.

Run, don't walk, from this business! I recently tried to make a purchase at this location. The dirty looks I got when a staff member finally saw me looking around combined with the snarky remark of only selling to those with a license? Since when do you need a license to purchase nail supplies? I suspect you do not. Especially since reading these reviews that doesn't seem to be the case. I guess this business just enjoys employing discriminating staff members.

Love this store but now with the change in hours I won’t really have a chance to go back. Love going but stinks that this had to happen.
