“I'm a professional painter who's been around for a long time and this is the hands down the best location with all the best employees Riley the rep knows his stuff and keeps his store in the best shape of any other location of Sherwin-Williams in Cleveland. The other managers and staff at this location are always super professional and seem to be trained to be top tier Sherwin employees better than I've seen in years at other locations. When I'm doing jobs on the west side I typically try to make this my stop because I know if I choose this location it will be done right and my money will be made.”

“First for everything. Never been in E&H. Just came here from SC visiting family and I had such an amazing experience here with Kara and Dzmetri. Outstanding customer service from these 2 employees and I mean outstanding service. Well mannered and simply delivered! I spent a while in this store and noticed the two of them working hard with answering customers concerns while handling multiple customers. Both will multitask and go from one end of the store to the other. “Needed someone to cut a blank key I bought elsewhere. It’s a VW key which has the cut on the inside so needs a special type of key cutter to get it done. I checked several places and this was the only one within 10 miles that would do it for me. Ace could do it but they only do it if you buy a key from them so that was a no go. My key was falling apart and these guys saved my butt!
I’ve been here many times before for hardware and paint but had no idea they did a key cutting service. Great store with great convenience! Thank you”

“Stopped by Friday to see if they had any propane fire pits. Ben greeted me when I entered the store. I explained what was going on with my existing fire pit and Ben showed me a replacement part option that might solve the issue with my existing fire pit and save me the cost of having to buy a new fire pit. I wasn’t real comfortable with replacing the part myself and Ben suggested I could bring my fire pit in and they would replace the part for me. I came back the next morning with the fire pit. I got a call a couple hours later saying everything was all set. The fire pit is working again. Very pleased with the work they did and the money saved. The entire staff was very friendly and responsive. Job well done!”

He is super knowledgeable and walked me through what I needed for concrete scraping and painting; getting paint out of my car seats (!!!!!); and doing some ceiling work. He was happy to help, clear, concise and gave me fantastic products / tips to use. He REALLY knows his stuff!!!!”
