Took forever to get someone to help with getting fish to end up having to finish getting fish myself. To get to the register and not be able to get the fish due to the internet being down so the system was down and couldn't process credit/debit card payments

I don’t care for this location. I have been here at different times and there is always an issue. They never seem to have anything in stock that I need, which are just basic cat foods. I got sick of coming and now I found a location in Parma, which is better. They take for ever to answer the phone as well. The cashier is usually friendly depending who it is, but not worth me wasting my time, gas, and money. Then again a lot of the stores in Ridge Park Square are not very good. Not a good environment.

The grooming staff is great! Hannah has been patient and kind with my old guy! I am glad I started coming here and wish they had a vet service too.

Been coming to this location for years now. The employee's are always super kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about pets. I find that the prices here are cheaper than Chewy, Walmart, and other pet stores. They take good care of the adoptable cats here as well.

Sold sick fish and didn’t say a word about it until I went back because all my fish died , 7 yr old algae eater and other fish gone because new fish infected mine

I go there to buy food for my pets and to groom my dogs, apart from that I go to buy fish and items for them, the employees are very friendly, sometimes they take a while to serve but that's part of it, when the business is full
