This review is in regards to Jacob at the PPG Paint Store in Brooklyn, OH. Jacob was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. We were working on a frustrating project and the recommendations he gave us far exceeded our expectations. I hope these comments find their way back to that store manager. They are lucky to have an employee like Jacob. Finding great customer service like he provides is a rarity these days.

A HUGE THANK YOU TO JACOB who works at this location. I called him right before close, to ask him to help me locate a hard-to-find product we needed on short notice. Jacob was not only extremely polite, he went well out of his way, by staying after the store closed, to research availability of the product and call me back. In today's day and age, it's hard to find people dedicated to their job and their customers. THANK YOU!
