The lady with short grey hair is so rude and lazy. Upon entering with 2 bags to literally donate she says rudely “ those need to go to the back by the exit sign. We can’t have those upfront anymore.” no hi or anything. This was my first time at the location, so after confirming where to put them, he gave me a rude blank stare and then made me walk all the way back to the back of the store to move them 3 inches to the inside of the door, not moving from the empty register the whole time. Yes, very rude unwelcoming not the type of person you expect working at a donation center

Much better this time then donating other times in the past! The sales manager was able to help me by donating an entire truck full without complaining and helping hold the door and unload! I appreciated her help!

The older manager lady there is insufferably rude with an attitude problem. They also do not know how to apply discounts correctly.

The store was clean to me it didn't smell that bad at all they have all kinds of stuff there but they are mixing the men's and women's clothes together making it hard to find stuff but you can find nice prices but only 2 tags are half price and 1 is. 99cents but they refuse to take $50 dollar bills I had spent almost $77 dollars but they still refused to take a $50 dollar bill claiming that they can't break a $50 dollar bill so if you do not have anything less than a $50 dollar bill you cannot shop there but Strongsville salvation army said that they don't take a $50 dollar bill but they tell you that if you spend close to that amount or over they will take it

This Sal Army was WAY better organized than reasonable expectations for a Sal Army. That was impressive.But most importantly, I found a pair of amazeballz hightops! Zero complaints.

Currently standing outside 15 minutes after opening and there is a crowd. We can see them inside but they will not open. This has happened often at this location. Unacceptable.

Working here for a few weeks I can honestly say the management here is horrible. They do not care about the staff or the customers. They just want to stay in the office and watch Netflix. Holly is one of the worst people I have worked with. She will try to start drama with staff and management (I was a manager) lies about your pay and tries to dangle a raise (which is the actual amount you were promised to start off at) just to get you to jump through hoops for it! She will screw you out of hours you worked and make up stories of you sitting around doing nothing! Other managers show up late and won't help get staff set up to have store open by 10am and when customers get upset, you are to pretty much tell them "sorry but they decided to show up late!"

Have beautiful end and Coffee tables to donate and no one will never answer the phone and I also will take it to their store... they beg for money at Christmas but does not really want to make money on good merchandise to help them...no strings sttached.... very sad business...!!!!

The staff is nice. There’s an older lady that works here, she is always sweet as pie when the kids and I visit. Prices are a tad pricey for a thrift store. I like the location.
