Charge me for things I did not ask for. Then didn’t give me a receipt . No idea what the prices were. Had to go all the way back to the store and return all items. Wouldn’t let me return the overpriced phone screen protector!

Working with Justin was "Hands Down" the best experience at any Verizon store ever! He was Personable, professional, knowledgeable, and his customer service was outstanding!
He took a bad situation (lost phone) and worked through it with me, setting me up with a new phone. The process has always been a huge pain, but Justin made it quick and painless! Thank you sir!!

I do not recommend this store. Alyssa was the person who I thought was helping me. She changed my plan after I told her I did not want to which raised my bill. Then told me I couldn't return internet Box to this store and sent me to a different store who did not accept the box either. And the store I went to told me this store does it all the time. Sending customers to other stores who they know do not accept the box. Alyssa had me running around to stores that she knew did not accept returned boxes. Horrible and I will be letting corporate know since the manager is magically unavailable whenever you want to speak to them
