I've ordered a pair of jeans on their website, and it has been 3 weeks, and they haven't shipped my transaction order #13258. I've been very patient and I've tried giving this company the benefit of the doubt, however it seems that unfortunately was a mistake. They've taken my money and have not shipped my jeans. I tried to get in contact with them for further updates, via email and phone call, and they have not replied back nor have answered. I tried calling them 3 times and all have been ignored. I've dispute this with my bank, and they're investigating this situation. They have ads all over the internet but are untrustworthy in fulfilling their orders. They haven't provided any updates on the order, nor have they provided any tracking number for me to stay updated on my order. Preferably, I would like my pair of jeans that I've ordered, however if it cannot be fulfilled, I would want a full refund. I've already filed a dispute to my bank and the Better Business Bureau about this.
Fix this issue, or give me my full refund.

Please do not spend your money with these low down dirty crooks,just go through the reviews and see how bad they are I wished I had checked the reviews b4 spending money with them,to make this short,they'll take your money and will not send your order,they won't answer the phone or return your call when leave a voice mail they won't respond to your emails either,stay away !!

This company is a SCAM. I placed an order on June 2024, and to date I have not received my merchandise nor a refund. Multiple calls to the company resulted in statements that contradicted what the company sent me via email; emails that I had initiated inquiring into my order. Read the complaints filed against this company. Stay away SCAM ! READ THE COMPLAINS ON THE BBB WEBSITE.

Orders must be made to order or something. Maybe I missed the notice, but expect 2-3 months delay, at least on certain products.

I ordered a pair of boots on November 24, I have emailed them with out a response so I called and left numerous messages after I got through one time which I was told they needed to check on something and call me right back but I never received any call back and now no one will answer

I wish I had been more vigilant and read the reviews this place has received before I placed an order. I ordered 3 pairs of jeans on June 22, 2024.
You cannot login to check the status of your order, and they will not respond to your email or phone call inquiries. The only way I could get any kind of response from them was to file a dispute with PayPal. Only then would they contact me, and they made it seem like since I filed a dispute, it only delayed my order even more. I ended up closing my dispute with PayPal because I do want the jeans I ordered, but I have still not received them.
Very poor customer service and communication.
Do yourself a favor and read the reviews.
Edit: I am editing this review because I don’t want to detour people from buying this product. I did finally receive my jeans and they do seem like a quality product, plus I do want to support the makers of the product.
I do still stand by what I said about the distributor, but I would order them again. I would just be prepared to wait a really long time to receive my order.

I placed an order for a pair of jeans on the 21 of June 2024 and the order status still reads 'waiting fulfillment'.
Dear owner,
I was told on the 17 July
by one of your customer service staff (Carol) that my order would be shipped out on Tuesday, but I have still yet to receive any updates on the shipment of my order. I have tried reaching out to you several times, but no one is responding. Has it been shipped out ? Is there any tracking service available ?
This entire process has been disappointing.
Please update me on my order.

I ordered a pair of Danner Fort Lewis 10" insulated 200G, my order arrived after 10 days of ordering with tracking in Canada. I looked for this model in my size and at a good price and this is the only store who was able to provide it to me. In addition they gave me a pair of Ecosox socks,,???. Really this is my first order, but not my last and the customer service is fast and clear.

I ordered some Hickory shirts. When they showed up in 6 weeks I was busy moving to try them on. My father was a logger and always wore Hickory shirts. We bought property so thought it would be cool for my wife and I while we clear it. Being a 100% disabled Vet I always try to buy American. After trying them on a few weeks after receiving them they were too big. So, I called the store and they said it would be ok to send them back for a smaller size. I packaged them up by rolling them so they fit in a shoe USPS box. Well after 5 weeks of not hearing anything I called them. I was told they will call me back. 3 days later I called them again. Then I was told there is two issues. 1 I sent them back after the 10 days. 2 they are rolled up so they can’t iron them or resell them. So my questions are… Why did it take me calling almost 6 weeks later to get this information? If they had me on the phone and agreed to have me return them it was way over 10 during the phone call. I have TBI so I don’t remember much I even asked my wife who was sitting there did he ever mention 10 days? No he didn’t but, he did say it’s ok to send them back. Now did me rolling them up cause that much damage? Probably not. They did say they would refund the $17+ dollars in shipping when I sent them back but out of principle I said I don’t want the money. They should of honored the product they sell, plus why did I have to ask them about it? Customer service is horrible, I will never do business again with them. You can find the same US made products elsewhere for cheaper. They are shipping the rolled up to big shirts back but only after I called them.
