Dropped off my package on a weekend and it did not leave the store for two days. I went into the store again to find out that my package was sitting on the floor separate from other FedEx packages which caused the pick up driver to miss it. The associates were very kind in helping me resolve this issue and I was assured that my package would leave the next day. I will be taking my packages directly to a FedEx store in the future.
