McMaken's IGA Brookville is a well-maintained, clean grocery store with a friendly, hometown feel. It offers a good selection of reasonably priced groceries, including great meat and fresh food options. The staff are known for being super nice and providing excellent customer service, especially at the deli and checkout. The bakery is capable of creating beautiful and delicious items, like special occasion cakes. Though the store has a smaller variety of items compared to larger stores, it is conveniently located and has a good alcohol selection and sale prices. Overall, it provides a pleasant shopping experience for the community.

I am a local and have been shopping here for years. I enjoy shopping here and the staff are very friendly. Though the prices have gone up due to inflation. Other than that i find shopping here enjoyable.

Convenient location, great meat department not a huge variety of other items but enough to get by. Super nice employees. Small town feel.
