I bought my 14 Cadillac CTS from this dealership and been having my car serviced there ever since. Was getting great service in the beginning but here lately it’s been horrible. I dropped my vehicle off for an oil leak was called back and told that I had some leaking near the rear differential and some leaks on output seal and another seal. Since I didn’t have an oil leak I said go ahead and change oil for me. Picked car up drove straight home next morning woke up backed out garage and seen a few puddles. I took it back dropped it off Sunday night called Monday afternoon around 3 and was told to bring car back up there. Then he called me back and told me they found the leak and had to call warranty people back and would call me back. Called me back and then said he was embarrassed to tell me but his tech spilled oil on top of my motor and that’s where it was leaking from. I also was quoted $3,300 and some change for parts they recommended. Took it to another shop a Grismer and was told it definitely wasn’t leaking from the two other seals he said it’s leaking from differential but couldn’t pin point it so they’re going to degrease it and clean it and I’ll take it back next week. Also they tell me my shocks in the rear are shot. I just recently had suspension work performed there less than two months ago. Never was informed about my shocks going bad. I used to love this dealership but now I’ll never ever step foot back in there. It’s crazy when the shops even try to get over on you to make a few dollars.

First of all, Sarah in the service department? You are amazing. I had taken my Camaro to four prior places including another Chevrolet dealership in Fairborn. I was charged $164 for someone to drive my car and tell me that they couldn't fix it because it wasn't doing anything wrong while they drove it. I just bought this car, and it started lighting up like a Christmas tree service lights going off everywhere. I called Sarah and explain what was going on and she got me in for an appointment the next day. Not only did they get me in, but the service tech found that there was an aftermarket GPS on my car. He said that this is most likely what was causing the problem. I was finally able to get the GPS off, and no more dinging! I spent so much money prior going to many places and not one person could help me until I came here. To the service tech, Thank you so much for actually taking the time to look at my car and find out what the issue was. Because nowhere else I went did that for me. This is going to sound dramatic, but I had been crying since I bought the car because it was something to be excited about but all it did was stress me out because of the dinging. I waited 35 years to be able to afford a car payment, and was so excited about this car! (FYI I did not buy my car from this place by the way) So thank you SO much, Sarah and the service tech! I will absolutely be back for anything else that I need.

They changed my #4 injector. 2 weeks later, my check engine light comes back on, so I take it back. They tell me they want to replace all injectors for $8,200. I told them no. I called other shops and $4,000 was the median price for what Reichart wanted to charge me $8200 for. I ran a $13 bottle of a product called sea foam in my fuel tank. It cleaned my injectors, remedied the check engine light, and saved me $8,187. Good people, just don't take their word on repair needs or cost.

Took 3 weeks. Then my keyless entry warning came on. The customer service was okay but fixing a bumper shouldn't take 3 weeks and break something else

DON'T COME HERE.......What a joke of a shop wasted gas & time to travel to this shop to be told the day prior they can do alignment now all the sudden they can't I'm assuming these people have lazy techs & very unknowledgeable techs & service advisors......

Well…they aren’t positive.Basically traded my truck in for a new one. Eric my salesman scheduled me to come in and pick it up took off work basically lost a half a day went and signed some papers and he came back and wanted some kind of number that I knew nothing about. Then accused me of lying and came back and told me I owed more money. I took my keys back and left and that will be the last time I visit that dealership. Tried to speak to someone about the issue and was never called back they are a very unprofessional dealership

8:30 appt. Did not get started until after 10. Then did not have all the parts . Should have been done about noon but not until 3.No loaner vehicle available. They did take me home and get me when done which was nice !

The Pro is that it is close and convenient,The Con is the wait when having a scheduled appointment and it not really being that busy when having the vehicle serviced, and the technician leaving the paper mat behind instead of removing it when finished with the job.

Oil inside my car (console, driver door and seat) …again. This time I had them clean it before I left. Seat covers/mats would have prevented this. ?

Dan in service department was amazing...he was friendly from the start made sure I understood about my car and bill ...helped guide me with another part on my car spark plugs and me being a woman with zero knowledge of car issues he helped save me money by helping me with a decision I would have not known...I will always bring my car there because of him ...honesty and looking out for your customer is number one with me ..I assure you I will send everyone I know to your dealership...thank you for making this easy and workable for me ... Sold a car right out from under me shadiest deal I have ever been around. Recently have bought 3 vehicles from them. Wanted to buy a fourth. I will never step foot on that property for any service oil change etc.

Bought this Chevy Cruze in 2011 HERE..Kept in garage car.. Stopped in today 2/16/23 for a simple estimate on some minor damage from a man hitting me in rear of my car, right across the street from Reichard last month.But, the Earliest apt was 11 days from today,For a estimate Which of course I'm taking my 97 year old mom to the Dr that day. So the next was on March 1st...I have an apt. in 2 weeks Now. We will see what happens next.
