In the past I didn’t have a lot of trust in auto shops being fair but I was very impressed with Annie’s. They were quick fixing my exhaust and fairly priced the work being done. They were also friendly. I will be returning there in the future for oil changes and repairs.

I was treated professionally starting with my call to make an appointment until my vehicle was done. The charges were explained to me up front so there were no surprises. I received an email regarding an additional service that was needed and was given the option to have it completed or not. My vehicle was done at the time promised and the charges were as quoted. I'd definitely use them again.

The location is very convenient, located next to a coffee shop so I could work while I waited. The manager was very friendly and the work was done quickly. They provided an estimate before working on car but didn’t try to pressure me into any of the recommendations, which I appreciated. Home made cookies, coffee and water in lobby. Will definitely be back and highly recommend
