This was my first experience hiring a professional moving company, and the Mayflower-Armbruster team far surpassed my expectations. From start to finish, everyone was incredibly efficient, friendly, and meticulous in handling our belongings. Sue was instrumental in coordinating the entire move, keeping everything on schedule and addressing all our questions promptly.
Dan and Miah stood out as true stars—Dan's exceptional leadership turned what could have been a stressful move into a smooth, hassle-free process. Both ensured everything was packed and transported flawlessly. I would highly recommend requesting Dan for your next move. He deserves Driver of the year.
Brandon and Dustin were fantastic in helping us unload and settle into our new place, going above and beyond to make sure all our items were placed exactly where we wanted them. Their attention to detail and positive attitude made all the difference. I can't recommend Armbruster Moving Company highly enough; they're worth every penny!

I used Armbuster Moving & Storage to help me organize a move from across the country. I needed help getting an elderly family member with a hoarding issue organized, boxed up, and a lot of material hauled out for junk.
Paulette was my point of contact and she was amazingly kind and thorough. She was available anytime I had questions and the whole experience was great. They were flexible working around exactly what I needed and wanted. Nobody was pushy. The folks who went on-site to my mom’s house did a phenomenal job packing and organizing and those who came to do the haul way were exceedingly kind and patient.
Would give five more stars if I could, I highly recommend.

I would not recommend this company. I would not trust them if you have a specific timeline that you need.
Pros: items that were in their storage seem clean and not damaged. The crew was efficient and handled our items with care when picked up and delivered.
Cons:
1. company communication is very poor. It’s hard to get in touch with someone, they don’t answer emails in a timely manner, and they say they will call you the next day but they don’t.
2. Their storage fee is high compared to renting a unit from a local storage company.
3. I wanted a specific delivery day to another state and couldn’t get it. However I believe if they had answered my emails during the 2 weeks they ignored my attempts to get it scheduled, I would have been able to get the date I wanted.
4. I had a contract to have my items delivered to my home on a specific date AND I had paid the down payment to secure the contract. They changed the contract to deliver the next day and didn’t notify me. This goes back to the poor communication. I had to take off work two days because of this. They apologized but they still need to fix their communication issues.

Used them twice now for moving, both cross country and locally in the Cleveland area. Very nice and professional to set up, the movers that packed and unpacked were very nice and extremely professional. I hope to not move again but would use them again in an instant if I had to.

Everything was excellent. Chris was amazing supervising the sorting, packing and unpacking. Her crew was great. Lauren’s proposals on furniture placement helped immensely. The men moving and unloading were efficient and quick. They too were friendly and helpful. Paulette’s initial organization was just what we needed. This was a quality, top-notch experience. I had two chairs delivered to the assisted living facility where my mother is living. She told me the guys were really nice. And the furniture was definitely delivered with care. They put the furniture where she told them to put it which would’ve been very easy they’re both very small light chairs. But still, she said that they did a good job. I got the chairs through hotel liquidators and they are the ones that set up the delivery. If I have to do the same thing again in the future, I would have no qualms about the delivery service.
