“First time using this auto body shop , home currently on leave . Had my 2012 f150 xlt super crew , ceramic coated, detailed interior & exterior with dent removal & paint correction & window tint . Had driver & passenger door tint matched to back doors to flow with my tinted cap ,With a 6 Inch tint brow for my front windshield. Everything came out excellent. Nip & tuck went above expectations . they are very thorough & walked over the vehicle with me along with the areas I had concern prior & also on pickup we walked over the truck again for the areas they prioritized during the time it was being worked on. Very professional & didn't make me feel they were pushing for me to pickup the vehicle to get the next one in the door. Well worth the price I paid. “Recently had work done at Caliber Collision on York Road in N. Royalton. This was our second interaction with them and Mike Adkins, General Manager. Our 2017 Roush Ford Convertible had extensive damage on the passenger side including wheels/tires and sheet metal work. Mr. Adkins ensured our vehicle was brought up to better than factory perimeters. All components of the car were checked to ensure no damage was undetected. The work performed was of a high quality due to the supervision of Mr. Adkins and his high expectations of his quality work force. “I had gone to Rapid Wrench, as i was told by Take 5 Oil change in Medina that i needed a coolant flush ASAP. They had advised it was 149 dollars and that my coolant was black. I make an appt at Rapid Wrench as i also needed brakes. I was surprised when Rapid Wrench called and told me i did not need a coolant flush and that my car fax had reported it was already done recently. Rapid does fantastic work, their communication is excellent and my car was completed as promised for the price quoted. Highly recommend for all of your car care needs. Thank you !!”
