VERY professional job. They also have a nice waiting room while you wait. The only thing I may have wanted to do differently is gone a little darker. So listen to Tyler and what he suggests! He’s the expert.

“Recently had work done at Caliber Collision on York Road in N. Royalton. This was our second interaction with them and Mike Adkins, General Manager. Our 2017 Roush Ford Convertible had extensive damage on the passenger side including wheels/tires and sheet metal work. Mr. Adkins ensured our vehicle was brought up to better than factory perimeters. All components of the car were checked to ensure no damage was undetected. The work performed was of a high quality due to the supervision of Mr. Adkins and his high expectations of his quality work force. He, also, was not above "hands on" work to ensure the job was completed in a timely manner. Caliber Collision is the only shop of this type to be considered for repairs to your vehicle.”

“I have had 3 vehicles Undercoated at Ziebart and have been very happy with the quality of service and longevity of the product. I do opt for the additional coating because I feel it holds up better and reduces road noise. I have also had the Ceramic Coating done on one of my cars and have been satisfied. It should be noted that it does require the yearly touch up they offer. Overall, my experience has been perfect.”
“This place is awesome only one issue I have the new car wash that they put up in Parma I think it's by 130th and Pearl Road they're not as friendly most of the staff is really friendly and I've always rated this car wash a five star because your parents come out spotless and the staff is always nice”

“I recently had my 2015 Ducati Monster 821 serviced at Ducati Cleveland. To be honest, there were some issues and miscommunication along the way, and at one point I was pretty frustrated. However, what impressed me most was how the team handled everything once the concerns were brought up. They listened, took ownership, and worked hard to make things right.
I want to give a special thank you to Jason. He went above and beyond for me, even driving an hour to meet me and make sure everything was taken care of. He made sure my replacement key worked properly and adjusted the exhaust position on my bike, which made a huge difference in comfort on my ride home. That level of dedication and customer service is hard to find these days.
I’d also like to thank Darren for taking care of me and hooking me up with an awesome Ducati backpack. It was a great gesture and showed that the team genuinely cares about their customers.
No dealership is perfect, and problems can happen anywhere. What matters is how those problems are handled, and Ducati Cleveland proved that they stand behind their customers.
