The care, attention, and dedication the staff puts into creating a nurturing environment is truly something special. Our daughter absolutely loves going each day, and that’s largely thanks to the incredible teachers she’s surrounded by.
🌟 Ms. Kailey – Her energy and patience are unmatched. She has a natural way of connecting with the kids and making learning fun. Whether it’s a creative craft or a fun activity.
🌟 Ms. Desi – We are so grateful for the warmth Ms. Desi brings each day. Her calm and caring demeanor gives our daughter such a strong sense of belonging in her room.
🌟 Ms. Elaine – Ms. Elaine is simply a gem. She has a magical way of making everyone feel special. We are thankful for the kindness she brings to every interaction.
We are so thankful to have found a center where our child is not only cared for, but truly seen and celebrated. Thank you to the entire KinderCare team for helping our daughter thrive.

Upon reviewing/having been gone to KinderCare back in the day myself in Mayfield location. I strictly believe this school is very prominent on making sure these kids strive for excellence and nothing less than that my son is learning a lot new words he’s getting potty trained. He’s been talking a lot more. He’s eating proper with silverware. They do parties, very well involved in the children, making sure they feel comfortable and loved as if they were there own. loving this daycare so much I wouldn’t expect nothing less and they got him in very quickly due to the circumstances I was dealing with prior daycare’s. And are very much involved with the kids and as well as parents. Thanks a lot!

As first time parents we were extremely nervous about having to put our child in daycare. We’ve had our child in this facility for about 3 months and we absolutely love it! The staff is caring and kind and you can tell they are passionate about their jobs and the children they take care of. They give you constant updates telling you what your child is doing throughout the day which makes you feel reassured and connected. The facility is clean and safe. Our child’s development has progressed so much thanks to all of the enriching activities they do on a daily basis. The director and teachers are wonderful. We highly recommend this daycare center!

Hey Everyone I wanted to give a shout out to my kiddos daycare center!!! We have been attending the center since 2022. My two oldest never attended daycare before here and my youngest has been going here all his life!!
First of all, after seeing my now toddler grow and being in the infant room and toddler room, I just want to say wow I didn’t realize the teachers at day care have a theme for their room every month and a curriculum they have to follow! That’s truly AMAZING! All the things they are learning. My son isn’t just learning social and emotional skills, he is learning other things too!!!
This center has came a long way after having gone thru different staff and directors, it’s refreshing seeing the same teachers faces when I walk thru the door. I feel good about leaving my child here and know they are going to be taken care of! There use to be days they had to close the center because they didn’t have enough staff and I even was frustrated and was going to go somewhere else. But I’m glad I stayed.
Ms. Brandy, Ms. Amy, and Ms. Kailey have been there since i started to bring my kids. And the center has never looked this good and they finally have an excellent team of teachers on top of the ones that have been here a while.!!
And to Ms. Nikki for helping this center succeed and getting better. It wouldn’t have gotten there without her!!

We are a military family and moved to OH in June 2024. Nikki was so very welcoming to not only my kids, but to me. Is is one thing for any provider to care about the kids, but to also care about the parents, that is a higher level of genuine care. Being new to OH, meant, I needed to trust care for my infant daughter. I love that I get to see pictures during the day, I know when she is sleeping, there are activities, even for infants (little parties), take home meals. I stay in the infant room. I love that each director is very involved in that room.

I really enjoy how they have revamped KinderCare! Lorie and Sydney have done a great job and have been working hard on finding the best staff for our littles! My sons have been going here since they were babies and while they have had a rough patch Lorie and Sydney got things back on track better than ever! It’s clean, friendly and fun!

Honestly the best. As a first time mom sending my baby to daycare was super stressful but the teachers and management have done everything they could to put us at ease, whether it’s talking us through her picky eating problems or her first time being sick, they are truly so knowledgeable and made us feel like they put our baby first. Truly a home away from home for our little nugget.

I have a preschooler that goes to this location. I am happy with the care that he gets from the staff in the last two years he has been here. There has been some incidents where he acts out but the teachers are able to get him to turn around.

Amazing staff. My son started attending daycare here when he was about 11 weeks it has been an overall amazing experience. The staff really help work on many developmental milestones that we are working on at home. The staff is very well trained, and the teachers are a great team. Feels like family.

My daughter's and I just moved up here from Southern Ohio. We loved our daycare and were apprehensive about finding a new one we liked just as much. My toddler adjusted quickly and has really attached to her teacher. She has lots of fun while she's there and really enjoys going everyday. She also has Celiac's, and they are extra careful about the foods they feed her and are very diligent about monitoring the things she eats while she's there. My oldest was more apprehensive about having to go to "daycare" again after school. She said she actually enjoys it more than our last location and the teachers are nicer. Every interaction with the staff has been pleasant, and I really like everyone that comes in contact with my kiddos. I'm so thankful that this has been such a smooth transition for my girls and that Kindercare took one thing off my plate.

My son attends Kinder Care daily and I love it there!! He’s always doing crafts and looks like he’s having fun! I love the updates I get throughout the day informing me of everything he does too!!!

I transfered my daughter to Kindercare a few months before she turned 4, she was at another day care that was all around a bad place. Shannon was the first person I met at Kindercare and she was beyond nice and sincere. She listened to the few special instructions I needed to happen for my daughter day by day and her first day her and the rest of the staff didn't fail once to make her feel safe, happy, and comfortable. The teachers welcome you and your child every single morning with a happy face and a new goal for the day. They have an app that alerts you with updates throughout the day which includes pictures so you can see what your child is doing and what they're learning that day and even potty updates if you're in that process. She's been going there for about 4 months now and I've seen so much progress with her in that short time than I have in the few years she attended elsewhere. She is overall so much more happy and actually excited to wake up and go to school. I owe a lot to the staff and teachers at Kindercare. I recommend to anyone.

This daycare center is by far the best my kids have ever been to the director and Assistant director and all the staff are amazing and really keep in touch when things are happening with the kids and tons of updates I am also able to express my concerns and problems and they work with me to figure it all out my kids are so happy and have a lot of fun here they treat my boys so well they have amazing circular lessons and activities both my kids enjoy they include us all as a family I love it and wouldn’t change daycare centers ever thank you for being the best center possible

I walked in on my kids’ 1st and 2nd day and was disappointed. I wish I saw this place several times first. My son hates it unfortunately (9yrs old). He asked for help with his homework on his first day and they did, but didn’t explain it well to him and had him stumped and alone. He then tells me that he was hungry and didn’t eat snack! I asked why and he said it’s a “serve yourself” there and he had no idea about the routine or what to do, so instead of someone helping my poor kid on his first day, they ignored him all around and made him feel unwelcome.They also don’t seem to clean AT ALL! I walked into the school age room in the morning and it was trashed! It looked like someone raided the place. Lockers all open, books, papers, old food, trash all over the classroom! After that I went to the toddler room to drop off my child and the teacher had her back towards the door and ALL the children and on her phone! There were kids pushing one another and hitting their heads on the bookshelf behind her. Took her several minutes to turn her eyes away from her phone to even acknowledge that we were there. The toddler room was trashed and dirty as well. Books, toys, trash everywhere and there was NO structure! The kids were just hitting each other and wrecking the room behind her! I’m disappointed with my choice and will be looking elsewhere for care for my children.
