My 2015 CX-9 start having battery problems, during 2 visits they were able to confirm that it was the alternator but the part was not available for a few days and offered a loaner car for the duration. I also took advantage of the great tire promotion they were running currently and very accommodating when I was inquiring about a future project.Thank you for you time and patience Greg (rep) and Josh (tech).

The sign board never says anywhere that it is Brunswick Auto Mart (which is the actual name of the store). It just says "Brunswick". I had a tough time getting to the address even with GPS directions. Just two words ("Auto Mart") next to "Brunswick" would have made it easy for me and saved me the extra 10 miles I traveled all the way to Strongsville and back. I came to change my battery. I am waiting for the job to get over. I hope it is smooth and I don't have further hassles. Please change your name board. Brunswick is the name of the city, not your store.

Extremely easy and straightforward process. Very fair and competitive numbers right off the gate, no mandatory add-ons/etc. My girlfriend recommended them from when she bought her Mazda and I was very pleased to have a seamless and fair transaction as well.

Just want to give a HUGE shout out to Ryan at Brunswick Mazda. I have been having nothing but issues with my 2022 Volkswagen Taos and he got me into a brand new 2024 Mazda CX-30 so quickly and made the entire process so easy all while finding everything I wanted in a car with maintaining a monthly price that was what I was looking for. Could not be more grateful!

I have used their service department a couple times for my Mazda 6, and they have been excellent. They sent videos and pictures of what they find as documentation.
I had a unique electrical issue that they found quickly and even offered a loaner car since the part wasn't coming in for a couple days. Thankfully I did need the loaner car, but it was still appreciated.

Just want to give a shot out to Ryan Odell who effortlessly lead me through the lease of a new vehicle. He was great and took the time and patience to explain all of the options and features for the vehicle I was looking for. Can't say enough about the finance team, very helpful and friendly. Recently purchased the car from Brunswick auto Mart, not more than 30 days and has been having the hardest time getting the car service after dashboard light come on I wouldn’t recommend these guys to anyone

From the representative in sales to finance, amazing people. We were greeted with smiles as soon as we walked through the doors. I couldn't ask for a better experience. They had the vehicle in stock that we loved. Our sales representative was polite, knowledgeable, and very helpful with any and all questions we had. Off to finance and the same top notch service in that area as well. We will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks for making this process so easy to all that helped us! You all are amazing!

We bought a car somewhere else. While our salesmen was nice enough, he was new and needed a lot of help. Unfortunately, the management ended up working with us a lot and they were not pleasant at all. The assistant manager spoke to us with attitude and like we were stupid. They offered us the "friends and family discount" yet still gave us a number over $100 more per month than the other place. They offered to beat the competition but we really appreciated that the other place gave us their best offer right up front so we bought from them.
