The Brunswick Recreation & Fitness Center is a nice place and a great value. The facility itself is very nice, clean, and user-friendly. Many highlight the pool, which is great, very well maintained, clean, and a nice temperature. The diving board is nice, and there is a relaxing whirlpool and a nice sauna. The staff is generally nice, friendly, welcoming, helpful, and kind. There are open swim times in the morning or evening. Some downsides are noted. The schedule could be more flexible. The layout upstairs for the cardio equipment and weights leaves a lot to be desired. Some infrastructure is broken, such as sinks, and the shower setup is not liked by all. A common point of disappointment is the lack of an outdoor pool. While the pool is great, it can be busy, with only one or two lanes open at times. There is also a mention that the person answering the phone can be rude. Overall, it has everything needed to keep healthy and fit.

It’s a nice place, but the gentleman who answers the phone when I call is kinda rude. I honestly just hung up especially with his tone of voice. The facility itself though is very nice.

I went for the swimming pool, It was great! Fortunately the Brunswick swim team was just finishing up when I got there. Only me and five other people in a nice pool! The diving board was nice. The hot tub jacuzzi was big enough for about 15 people. The staff was nice and friendly. The place seemed pretty clean.
