Very disappointing experience after the purchase.
Before buying the vehicle, everything was perfect — attention, politeness, smiles.
After the purchase, the attitude completely changed. I approached the salesperson with a simple question about Volkswagen sunglasses. He was eating with another employee, turned his back to me, said “take a look” to the other person, and neither of them even said hello.
I was ignored and left standing there. No eye contact, no basic respect.
This kind of behavior after the sale leaves a very bad impression. Customer service should not end the moment the deal is completed.

I went there for service in September and had an appointment at 3pm. When I arrived I asked the employee in the service department if I should stay or if apt would take a while I can leave and come back when the vehicle is ready. The employee said just take a seat. I was there for 3hrs and they did nothing to my car. The employee never communicated anything with me and when I came up to him to see what was going on with my vehicle he told me we didn't get a chance to look at your car. My apt there was a waste of time and very unprofessional.

I should have left a review when I first purchased my vehicle almost two months ago, but I didn't.
Today, I needed to go back to get a copy of paperwork to give to my insurance and the salesman Cam saw me coming in and greeted me by name! And he didn't just remember my first name, he remembered my last name as well.
He had made car buying a super smooth process with zero stress.
Brunswick Auto Mart had been the 3rd place I had gone to looking for a car and all the other salesmen I had met were typical, pushy and predatorial salesmen. Cam at Brunswick Volkswagen was the complete opposite. It was like buying a car from a friend.
I should have left a review two months ago when I bought this car, but after the awesome experience I received YET AGAIN from Cam, it would be a shame if I didn't write a review.

2 hours for a damn oil change !! That is a joke.
I came 45 minutes before my appointment hoping to get done and take care of other things, but unfortunately the oil change at this place took 2 hours.

Ravi was great to work with, quick easy transaction (purchase with trade); financing was easy but I wish the financing paperwork had been more thoroughly explained.

Pretty subpar service from this Volkswagen dealership. I called their sales number more than ten times last week in an attempt to talk to someone about a new lease. No one ever picked up.
I also filled out a customer contact form from one of their ads. No one ever reached out to me.
The only reason I was able to get a test drive is because my Subaru saleswoman (from the lot next door) was able to procure some keys for a test drive.
Overall pretty disappointing.
Go to North Olmsteds' Volkswagen instead, they are very kind!!!

Great place to buy a car! It was a quick easy process and I got the best deal in town. I had the pleasure of working with Jay in sales and Charles in finance. Friendly, professional, and honest!
