I just opened an account here. I was planning on depositing a substantial amount of money and everything was going good until I met with the finance advisor Matt Dean. He was very condescending and made me feel very uncomfortable. I decided to keep my money in a bank more deserving.

I stopped at the Brunswick Chase because I needed a one page paper notarized. They asked if I had an account. I stated, "yes, a mortgage over 20 years." The teller initially told me yes to go over to someone sitting at a desk doing nothing. She again wanted to know if I had an account. I told her the same. She said no, she would not notarize. She did not consider this an account. I offered to pay. She still sent me away. I have spent thousands in interest at Chase. I'm not sure why they couldn't notarized one piece of paper. I would give zero stars if available.

Tried to call the branch 15 times yesterday between my husband and I both calling. No way to leave a message. No one ever answered. Very frustrating; will be switching banks.

Walked into the bank and had a very attentive Greeting. I was shocked at how helpful Danny was.! A few days later, he even called and checked on things, I'm very shocked, what fantastic, awesome service, all 3 contacts with this bank.

I drove in nasty snowy weather and arrived at the Chase Bank in Brunswick to deposit $2760 in cash to my son and daughter-laws account today. I had the account number and my ID to show I had the same last name. This was a simple deposit. My son and his wife work and couldn't get to the bank. The cash was gifts from their wedding. Of course the teller and manager said it's against their policy to deposit cash unless your name is on the account. Very stupid policy. I could see if was for a huge amount. I asked if they would call my son and get permission and they said no. Both employees at the Brunswick branch were rude.I do business at Third Fed. Savings and Loan. I called them and they said they would have done it. So I had to drive to my bank give them the cash they then gave me a cashiers check for that amount to take to the Strongsville Chase Bank. Lots of unnecessary running around. My son is considering closing out the account. I would NEVER do business with CHASE.I did call corporate customer service which happens to be located in The Philippines. I got a women who could hardly speak English. Another reason not to use CHASE.

Brought my elderly mother in recently and she was treated rudely. She was upset when she returned to the car. She didn't give me all the details but said she wanted to switch banks. Shame on you Chase.

I am trying to call the bank phone number to ask about my safe deposit box, but I cannot get an actual person to answer the phone. The recording doesn't have an option for safe deposit inquiries and says there is an issue with weather at one of their call centers and tells me to call back at another time and says good-bye. It's sunny in Strongsville today, so I'm assuming the weather is sunny in Brunswick too??

I would not recommend you work with chase in general or this specific branch ever. The customer service is very lacking and they will not make things right for mistakes made entirely on their end. I will never trust them with my money again.

Came in to do a wire transfer for a home I was buying. The man I worked with Danny R. said that they have a Chase Flex card that I could open and I would receive $250 back after spending I believe it was $500 and also 0% for 15 months on purchases and transfers. I expressed to him that I did need to buy appliances and items to have shipping to my new home that is in North Carolina. I told him I was on a timeline and needed to make that purchase ASAP within the next couple days. He told me I could add the card to my digital wallet within the mobile app BEFORE the card arrived. I get home and I see the card in the app but am not allowed to add it to my digital wallet. I call customer support who tells me it can take up to 24 hours to show up. Inconvenient, but not the end of the world. Another day goes by, another day. I call customer support a few days ago and they tell me that Danny was wrong. They have no control over when the card shows up as a digital wallet option. She says it takes 3 to 5 days to receive a card so mine should show up any day now. It has now been over a week, my card has not arrived, it isn't an option for my digital wallet. Delivery times for appliances are now out until Oct 6 and I move Oct 3. I have 4 animals and a friend helping me move. I need a refrigerator amongst many of the other things I needed to order and have arrive when I moved. I was forced to put this purchase on another card. So I just opened a line of credit I DO NOT NEED and COULD NOT USE for an important, time sensitive purchase and I won't have the things I need at my home for days. If you're going to push a card on someone you should be certain of how the process works.

For the past year, it seems like nearly every time I go through the drive-thru to cash a check, it's a new person who doesn't know me. What happened to the "Hi Tom, how would you like your cash back?" Instead, it's "Can you give me your ID."
