It was a decent stay. The room was spacious and clean. It's in a great location adjacent to a walkable lake, restaurants and a supermarket. The only issue was the noise, which isn't their fault but it does highlight how noise travels in the hotel. Someone had a child in a room either next to us or across from us. You can hear every step as the child runs across the room for an hour at night and early in the morning. And you can hear very clearly what the kid was saying. Didn't have a very restful night sleep as a result.

Staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was really nice and clean, including all sheets, towels, bathroom…the only complaint I have is the rooms are rather dusty, I assume from poor ventilation, so if you’re asthmatic or have bad allergies, staying here will probably irritate you…I am also chemically sensitive and have had some significant issues with the cleaning chemicals used outside the room, but I suppose that’s to be expected…overall a good stay.

The room was clean, and it is bigger than a lot of rooms that I stayed in on the same level of hotel. The staffs are the highlight! They were ALL super friendly! Will definitely stay there from now on when I visit my family in Cleveland.

A place of contrasts, huge rooms and hallways yet motel style amenities other than the very clean sheets and towels. Room had odor from window AC, tiny bar of soap without shampoo or body wash, breakfast with high carb and ultraprocessed content. Fortunately it is located in a very safe bedroom community with many food choices including a very large grocery store all within walking distance nearby.

From check-in to check-out, our stay was phenomenal. All the staff/personnel were extremely polite and helpful. We arrived in the wee hours of the morning and even with the early/late arrival the front desk agent greeted our party with a warm smile and quickly got us settled in a room. The complimentary breakfast was *chefs kiss*; the little lady that makes the breakfast casserole is *heaven sent*. Needless to say, if/when we are back in the area, we will stay here again. 10/10

We stopped here while on a road trip. The night clerk was so nice and was training a new girl. The next night the new girl was on her own and was also so nice. All of the staff we encountered had a smile or kind word for our children. The hotel was clean, the pool was nice, the washer/dryer was clean. One of the better complimentary breakfasts we have had. The staff here really shined.

The wife are staying here for a week. Staff is super friendly. Breakfast are great across the street. Super nice lake lot of ducks and geese and a pavilion to sit down and enjoy a nice cool fay
