Brought my son's 2009 Honda Civic to check on a transmission leak. Was told
It could be fixed for $390 and stop the leak.Had them perform the work. The next day noticed drops on my pavement.Took it back to them they put it back on a lift and said it needed more work now$2400.They completely ripped me of for the $390 and fixed nothing Will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.Beware of
this location in Brunswick. As a follow up to my review Conrad's response was a representative will reach out to you.No one reached out to me.This is most likely the standard response they send.Such dishonest front desk employees. Will be contacting the BBB in the morning

Seem nice enough, but I felt that they were a little lazy when I wanted them to check my tire for leaking.

Love my new Wrangler Adventures and the service was very good and efficient. The only suggestion I would offer is please be cognizant of light colored interiors. There were a couple of large areas in my cab where greasy hands transferred tough smudges onto my light gray interior. I was able to clean it off with a diluted dawn dish washing liquid. It came off with a little elbow grease and it's fine now.

I would not recommend this location. The online scheduling app. is an absolute waste of time. Made an appointment for 9:00 am, but had to leave the car the entire day. By 3:00 pm, they still had not looked at it. I suspect they may not have even looked at the vehicle, still parked in the same spot it was parked when I left it.Secondly, very dishonest and only trying to sell tires. Service was to fix a simple leaking tire, probably a nail in the tire. I was advised tread depth was 2/32" and tire was not serviceable. They recommended 4 new tires. After seeking a second opinion, it was determined the tread depth was 7/32" and the tire was repaired.I can only imagine how many people have been misled and deceived by the dishonesty of this shop. I would recommend getting a second opinion before taking their word. Make a better choice.

Very dissatisfied with the service I received at Conrads....went in to have a tire patched. They told me they could not patch it. And I needed to buy 2 new tires. They told me it would be $200 each Tire to match what I currently had on my vehicle. I agreed and and came back next day to wait for them to change tires. When I got my car back, I was very unhappy with the way the new tires looked on my vehicle. It looked like they had scratched up the rim as well as the tire itself.... then, after all that, I continued to have an issue with the tire losing pressure so now I have to take it to the dealership because Conrads told me there was nothing wrong with my tire. Would never go there again nor recommend.

This location does not want to be bothered with simple flat tire repairs, as evidenced by my interaction with the “pleasant” gentleman at the front desk today. I took my business down the road to a discount tire store and was in and out within 10 minutes. I recommend you do the same.

I went online 3/28/2023 and scheduled an alignment for 3/31/2023 for the Conrads in Brunswick, Ohio. on 3/30/2023 Conrads called my phone, I picked up the phone, and the man that was on the line did not even ask my name but started screaming at me telling me I needed to change my appointment as they were booked and could not do my alignment. He was yelling so forcefully I could not even get a word in. I told my fiance that I would not be giving Conrads my business because he verbally berated me and would not let me speak. My fiance made an appointment to get an oil change on his truck and took it in. (05/2023) While there he made an appointment to have my car brought in for an alignment (he told me to give them another chance as they have always "taken care" of him).Dropped my car off 5/8/2023 after hours. They sent a video to him that showed it needed front control arms, a rear control arm, and a tie rod on the front passenger. They said they could not do an alignment without these issues being fixed. The quoted price for the work was $1600.00. I contacted the mechanic my family uses and was quoted $900.00. I took my car to the other mechanic (he doesn't do alignments unfortunately) and the work with parts cost $850.00. I got my car back 5/20/2023 from the mechanic. We again set up an appointment to have the alignment done. Took the car in to Conrads 5/21/2023 after hours. They called again on 5/22/2023 and sent me a video showing a toe adjustment link needed replaced on the right passenger side as it was stripped and they could not do the alignment. They said they could not adjust the left rear because the right rear already had a problem. My fiance called them and they said that since they already completed half the alignment they would charge for the full thing, and if he took the car to be fixed and brought it back they would have to charge for another alignment since it left their shop. They quoted a $500.00 price. Since it would be like getting charged another alignment fee, we told them to just fix it. He also instructed them to put the "bad" part in the car. When I picked up my car on 5/23/2023 I noticed the steering wheel was still crooked, and the car was still pulling to the left. Conrads told me that my tie rods (just replaced) were seized and could potentially be a problem. The "bad" part (toe link) was taken to the mechanic and he said that it was absolutely not stripped. My Fiance called Conrads AGAIN and told them the alignment was not done correctly. They told him they would issue a refund for the alignment and it should get to us within a week. The check never showed up and he asked Tyler the manager again, and he said it was coming from corporate and would need more time. 3 weeks later my fiance reached out to corporate and they said the check was never issued and they had no clue the problems we were having. They eventually refunded the amount and sent a check ($87.50)During the issues with my car, my fiance noticed that his truck was telling him he needed to add oil (Conrads just did his oil change), he contacted Conrads and they told him to bring it in. I took the truck to get looked at. Tony told me when I brought it in and told him I was going to wait for it as I did not have a ride home, that they were booked that day and someone came in for an oil change and the check engine light was on and they could not get to the truck. I told him that was pretty upsetting seeing that the truck was already serviced and should be made a priority since they messed it up. He told me that was unfortunate, but he could not do anything. I had to find a ride home. Conrads called my fiance and told him the next day that it was his truck and that they had to do a $120.00 oil change to correct the leaking oil due to an additive in the more expensive oil change. They did the oil change at "no cost" and he picked it up. It is still leaking oil to this day. He has called to talk to corporate, he has tried every avenue. It is sad that we had to have this horrible experience at

I took my vehicle in because it was running a bit louder than normal, most likely something to do with the exhaust. It wasn’t wake the neighbors up loud but something was obviously up. I dropped it off for them to take a look and a few hours later they called with an estimate of $1,603.92! They wanted to sell me pretty much an entirely new exhaust system. Thankfully I told them no and took it someplace else for a second opinion. Ron’s Garage a few miles away told me that I had a small hole in my muffler and charged $222.80 parts/labor to replace it. I’ll never take my vehicle to Conrad’s again for anything.
