Unfortunately I did not qualify the first time (4 months ago), and she said she would keep my application till September so I could apply again. I honestly totally forgot about it and Sheri sent me an email asking me if I would like to try again. Of course I said yes and this time i did. Sheri walked me through the process and had an answer for me within 12hrs. She explained to me what I needed and that I could email or fax it over since my work schedule is hectic. I went today and signed the papers to refinance my motorcycle. She also informed me that I qualified for a higher cash back percentage. I was more than pleased. The whole process took about 30min to sign all the paperwork and get my account set up. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. She also offered to write the credit bureaus to help me get rid of some of the things that were showing on my report from years ago that i settled and hadnt come off yet. The rest of the staff there was awesome. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to open an account or refinance anything.”
