Dynamic Detailing did a good job cleaning my carpet and area rug. However, they sat something on a white bookcase in my home office and left a huge greasy looking stain. Nothing is ever on this bookcase except for a lamp and a couple knick knacks. When I messaged the owner later that afternoon to bring it up- he denied sitting anything on the bookcase and asked for a picture. I sent a picture. He opened the message on IG and left me on read. Never responding or acknowledging they are responsible for the stain. I probably wouldn't have made a big deal about it, it was the whole idea that they ignored me and acted like they didn't do it.Funny thing, the people that usually clean my carpet do an excellent job, I just wanted to use DD because they're young black men. Never again.I'm all for supporting black owned businesses when they do right by me. I don't support just because you're black.Also, I gave them a really nice tip.Service: Steam cleaning
