Just like most say they are incompetent. Usually doesn't answer the phone. Tried to charge me 50 dollars just for fun on a rental thats covered by an insurance company. Look, Im just a no body consumer. But I can tell you with certainty that these are not good people to deal with.

Our experience with Enterprise was horrible. We rented (what we were told was an AWD vehicle) only to find out it wasn’t when we had to be towed off the beach. Furthermore, our tow truck driver in the OBX informed us this is something he sees all the time with Enterprise- they sell you the more expensive AWD vehicle only to give you a lesser vehicle and hope
you don’t notice.
So our vacation started with being towed to our beach house for hundreds of dollars. Then it consisted of hours upon hours of phone calls with Enterprise. Where we stayed you needed an AWD vehicle to get to and from your house. Therefore we were essentially trapped unless we scheduled, and paid for, a tow every time we wanted to leave.
It was near impossible to get anyone on the phone at Enterprise. Then they would say they’d call right back- they didn’t. Then they suggested we get towed out, drive hours (on our vacation) to a different Enterprise location to switch vehicles. Then, after we cleared all our stuff from our rented vehicle so we could begrudgingly drive hours to get a new vehicle- they told us they had no AWD vehicles in stock at that location and we needed to keep what we had.
It ended with us not having a functional vehicle to use on our week long vacation and us getting towed out when we needed to go home. Enterprise told us “we’ll talk about reimbursement when you get home”. Of course that wasn’t a smooth process either and we couldn’t get ahold of anyone when they said they’d be free to talk.
In all fairness, Enterprise did end up reimbursing us for the tow and the full rental price of the week. But it wasn’t without nonstop stress and a ridiculous amount of time wasted trying to deal with them.
If you’re thinking of renting from Enterprise- RUN! It seems like our experience is sadly the norm.

Hi no one has answered the phone since I’ve dropped off the rental. I've tried to call at least 10 times and sat on hold for 5-20 minutes each time. Not sure how you can run a business without answering the phone. Call me.

Kevin Blackwood was the friendly gentleman that assisted me with my rental. If anyone ever needs help he’s your guy! Very polite and professional and he shows how much he cares about assisting customers. He made everything very easy from picking the vehicle up to dropping it off early. I highly recommend this location to everyone and ask for Kevin because you won’t regret it :)

The whole rental process from start to finish was simple. Rented a minivan 3/15 - 3/19 for a trip to Illinois. Vehicle was clean inside and out and ran great. The staff at the Enterprise in Brunswick were top notch. Would rent from there again.

My story is too long to tell, but lets just say I was a damsel in distress with what was going on with my vehicle and needing a rental asap and these guys were my knights in shining armor!! Went above and beyond to help me out. I live in Brunswick and this was my first visit there. And will not be my last. Even though I am moving further away, I am a customer for life. Will def rent only from here. Thank you guys!!

The gentleman working here today, 01/27/2024, was amazing. Pleasant, attentive, professional, and calm despite us being late and him having to juggle 3 physical customers + a couple phone calls. I wish I caught his name so I could give him credit.The only thing I'll say is I was surprised my rental vehicle ended up being a Bronco Sport when I selected midsize SUV. It does mean, for cargo, I have to do a little more tetris to fit things vertically. But the Bronco Sport is great to drive and in great condition.

Bottom drawer full of un returned electronics from months prior is unacceptable. As is scamming money. That guy is shady and anyone who's on the other side of the counter from him should be wary. He did whatever he could to scam us the last 2 times we were forced to use this dirty place. Maybe a different career path would suit him better. Seeing his bottom drawer full of electronics he doesn't return to customers was all I needed to see to never use Enterprise again.

BRUNSWICK OHIO LOCATION: VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. I HAVE DONE BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION IN THE PAST. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN! I WOULD RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM THESE BUMS!!
