I don't normally leave reviews good or bad but I have to make an exception. I'm fairly new to this area and decided to go to the salon my daughter goes to. The last two times have been extremely disappointing. The color on my hair stays
on longer than supposed to due to the stylists multitasking and taking care of other customers. About a month ago got my hair done and the girl who did the wash out did not do a good job to the point that brown dye was coming out on my towel in the days after the visit. And now - hair here and there frequently shows up in the sink - and this has Never happened before. I wont be back - but you probably already guessed that!

Esbi gets a 5 star, simply for my stylist & only for my stylist.
The salon itself seems to be lacking in leadership.
Although the owner is professional and looks good and always says hello.
Sometimes I am wondering if some of these stylist just rolled out of bed and went to work. The salon needs a good cleaning too!
If you are recommended to a stylist, yes, go.

Not for the boys! My bf walked out looking Amish.. and the front wasn’t even, one side was much longer than the other
But looked very professional it was our first time in and at first I thought it could be a nice place to get my hair done but the results of my bf changed my opinion

Cheryl and her team are amazing with hair and color. They are caring professional hair artists! I’ve NEVER had a bad experience.
I have been coming to ESBI since they opened many, many years ago. I will ALWAYS come to Esbi because Cheryl is incredible!
I wanted a fresh look for summer and Cheryl did an amazing job updating my color.
Absolutely LOVE my new hair color!!

I've been a client of Esbi for 20 years and love everything about it. Your 1st impression will be the beautiful building and being greeted by friendly staff. Prepare to be pampered!
The stylists are all trained by owner, Cheryl Basalisco, who herself is an international educator, so no matter who you see, you can be sure they will do a great job. I've had just about every service over the years, by many of the stylists. Color, root touch-ups, highlights, flashes, full panels, cuts, blow outs, styling, wedding up do's at the hotel for my daughters wedding party, etc. They even excel at fixing mistakes! I won't even go into my horriffic dark pink home dye job story which Cheryl miraculously fixed on short notice! I just love her!

Let me just start by saying the people at this salon truely care about their customers. Its like going to see an old friend each time you go in for an appointment. Hallie is a fabulous stylist. Everytime I go in time just flies. She's super professional. Always checking to make sure we are on the same page as far as what I'm doing with each appointment. Cut, color, extensions, etc. She is amazing💜

The place is clean and modern. The staff is friendly and professional. Maggie did a wonderful job on my hair - both color and cut. I will definitely be returning.

I had my hair cut here about 3 years ago. I don't remember the name of the woman who cut my hair (she was heavy set, tall with red/orange/pinkish long wavy hair), but she was so rude and hurtful I still think about it years later. She insulted my hair cut, my natural hair color and thickness of my hair, but not once --repeatedly throughout this 45-minute ordeal. I just went in for a trim. Nothing grand, just a trim. I had to fight back tears as I walked to my car. Anyone who talks like that to a customer should be fired. It's not OK.

We recently used ESBI Intl Salon for our wedding and I could not be more pleased with the service we received! From the bridal trials, down to the day of, every stylist/artist we worked with took painstaking care to ensure that our looks were exactly what we wanted.
