Ordered a pan from Bed, Bath and Beyond on February 28th. A label was created and waited forever for FedEx to pick it up. Chatted with BBB and they set up a replacement order (they forgot to cancel the original order). That took 7 days for FedEx to deliver that on March 17th. Get this, the original order was finally picked up and THEN handed off to the Post Office. I received it also in March 17th. The original order box, you could see the handle poking out of the side.
