Folks here need to do their job. How hard is it to fulfill your obligations and warm up some microwave food. Imagine getting paid your full amount to do 1/3 of your job. All they do is sit around in the back for x-amount of hours a night. They don't stock jack middle and are always out of everything. You've got a better chance sitting in the parking lot over at meijer until they open at 0600. Atrocious service hands down. Zero stars if it were possible.

Half the time you come here to order food the kitchen is closed. It’s closed more often than it’s open. There is also an older gentleman who works the register and is extremely rude. I’m not one to complain usually but this is the worst getgo location in the area BY FAR. I miss when my commute from work passed by the broadview heights location, that one is way better and the employees are much nicer.

I am an Uber driver and usually stop here for gas, drinks, and restroom. I parked my car at the back of the lot while waiting for a fare. I started to smoke a cigarette. I was informed “we are getting a fuel delivery and you cannot smoke here. Move or leave.” Federal law states 25 feet is the distance between cigarettes and fuel deliveries and pumping in cars. People leave the engine running and leave pumps unattended all the time but no one says a thing. This was totally uncalled for and handled very ill-mannered. I will never go to another get go ever. I will seek out other business and avoid GetGo.

Massive disappointment twice in little over one week. Inadequate supply of paper products, so no large coffee. This morning I wasn't able to order a breakfast sandwich as they couldn't get the computer to work (apparently there's no way to place a food order). Don't know why this place is so disorganized, but the kind people that work there need these problems sorted. This bs is not their fault.

Food took 25 minutes to be ready, and when it was ready, the latte I ordered was lukewarm and had no syrup. I asked if they could remake it, and the employee said she could but it would probably just be the same. Otherwise, the food was good, and the store was very clean. Plenty of good vegetarian options available.

This place is an absolute joke , every single time I’ve gone into this Getgo there’s always the cashier standing there on their phone just blatantly ignoring you . Tonight, the cashier was on his phone at the register, saw me standing there and then walked away to go make himself a pop and the pop machine. And then I wanted to make a purchase with cash for a giftcard and was told they don’t accept cash for third party gift cards and I said I’ve bought Amazon gift cards with cash many times here and then he changed it to say they don’t accept cash on 3rd shift because it’s their policy. I will never ever spend another cent of my money at any GetGo or Giant Eagle and will encourage all of my friends and family and everyone I know to do the same thing. I would have never thought businesses would accept pretend plastic money but won’t accept actual real money.

All in all this is a solid GetGo.
I actually would be giving them 5 stars but they have one glaring setback.
Their air compressors. They have two air compressors that, unfortunately, are more often than not NOT WORKING! I've seen dozens of people pull up, get out, hook the hose up to their tires only to be disappointed to find out they aren't working.
It really sucks if it's super cold out. No sign to indicate that they are out of order. Just a complete waste of your time.
Advice to management: Check to see if they're operable on a daily basis. Having free air is a great perk, but it's a handicap if they're not operating as they should. If they aren't operating as they should, have a repair guy on speed dial!

The people are very nice food is always fresh. Only reason for main complaint is the stupid cheap lunch bags that tare the min you put something in it. How is it the dollar store has better bags then you guys. It's annoying to get drinks and have to hand carry everything because the cheap bags rip and tare and everything goes everywhere. It's pretty sad to see how cheap we can be but still charge more for everything else.

I left one star only because I had to, but I just went to get a phone charger and the manager, who obviously cannot manage. The store did not leave the key for his/her can not manage the employees Yeah to open up and allow someone to buy a charger. Don’t ever go to the store worst store in America.

This particular GetGo is definitely my favorite of all the locations. The store itself is always clean and well stocked but it’s really the staff that makes the difference. Not only are the employees genuinely kind to customers but they also truly want to create a positive experience for people visiting the business. The kitchen staff and service create a stellar experience that more and more people are seeming to recognize, too. I now look forward to having a reason to visit this store and it genuinely makes a difference in my day to encounter the friendly faces working here.

I was in Brunswick Ohio for a family event I stopped off at Get go gas station location 3351. Center rd Brunswick Ohio to get gas and snacks for the road back to chicago let me tell you I had a great experience Customer Service was amazing. His name is Alexander the location was Clean. Top notch sales Clerk yes his name is Alexander I will always make it a habit to stop in there when I’m in Ohio great job .
