Went to the store last night to get soda that was advertised on sale by two. Get one free pick up six sodas each $9.29 apiece. They ring up the free item discounted at $6.40 when I question this I was told that Bart root beer and Fanta was not a Coke product then flipped the case over and showed them where it said Coca-Cola produces these products. She then went back to the aisle, came up and told me again that they were not Coke products and they were not on sale. I walk back with the manager and showed her where I picked them upwith signage, her name was Lisa very rude. She still told me after showing her the signs that they were not on sale. I told her I would move these items. She said they don't stock them come does I explain that I am at giant eagle not Coke.

This geto is attacking customers mainly women of color, they had an employee there who was told by a Brunswick Police officer to profile women of color and get their license plate numbers so the cop could attack them later. Giant eagle was made aware of this and instead of doing something they are standing by and allowing it, this warning is to women of color please stay away the Brunswick PD is backing them and their racially motived attacks and Medina courts are allowing it... Please be careful my fellow Brown skinned girls

I got a Paper ad for16-21 shrimp for $6.99 per pound. I planned on buying two pounds so when I found them in a two pound bag it was typical. I couldn't find shrimp marked 6.99 so I asked the elderly fish person. She was obviously bothered I asked her. She showed be a different product for $9.99 and I showed the add. As she walked away she said she didn't have any and was gone. I looked again and found the right bag from the right vendor. There were a couple of bags one had obviously been defrosted and refrozen having lots of frost so I picked the other one and went to the check out with other items. The Shrimp didn't ring correctly an i show the nice checkout girl the ad. She called s heavy set manager (Katy?) Katy was short tempered and instead of ringing it off took the bag, went back to the fish department to "check" the ad was the authority and I showed her it was the right vendor and size. She returned with the bag with the refrozen shrimp and was so short tempered and pushy it was obvious she didn't want to hear from me. Well I got it home and packaged it for my freezer and it smells terrible. I guess she decided at a lower advertised price I didn't deserve a quality product. By the time she showed her displeasure for my expecting her to do her job and walked off in a huff. Then I picked up my bags and started to walk out snd she demanded I take my cart to the cart line in front without thinking she had already made my experience the worst in several years and more likely ever!

For those who don't know, Giant Eagle is a grocery store. A very, very expensive grocery store. The facility is always very clean and today. The employees are polite and helpful. They have a wide range of items carried (including a sandwich shop over by the deli). We will be back again, just not for the prices.

Using COVID to their advantage. No returns allowed, lack of service personnel. Employees chatting with friends in aisles while another is over the intercom reminding customers to practice social distancing.

I am beyond upset, disappointed, and embarrassed! Worst cake decoration ever! I ordered a cake for my best friends 40th bday. I wanted to do something nice for her, and it was ruined! Giant Eagle was never my first option to get a cake, but I had no other option. They did not get anything right! There was supposed to be a picture I printed out and gave them on the cake. I got NO image. I printed out a picture of the exact font and what I wanted the cake to say. Not only does it look like a 3rd grader wrote it, but there's a misspelling too! How does this even look presentable?
