Chloe was so sweet and detailed. I got a pedi and she did a great job. The chairs are a little uncomfortable like the cushions are old but everything else was great

I came here because my normal nail tech couldn’t get me in in time. They were very accommodating to my short notice. They were extremely friendly, asked lots of questions to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and overall, I was extremely satisfied.

Honestly the first time I went it was just kinda okay and it was this time as well but the lady wasn’t very nice and the shape looks wonky some nails look flat and some look curved. Some spots aren’t cover in polish and some are like my skin and she didn’t do the skin around my nails. Overpriced for the product delivered.

I have been a loyal customer here for the past 5 plus years. The staff are well trained, and give a quality manicure. Unlike a previous review, my manicures can last 3 weeks. They never chip, peel, or flake. Thy and her husband T both really care about their clients. However it is after all the customer's responsibility to speak up. Tell them what you want and if what they are doing it is not, be an adult, stop the nail tech, and have them correct it. They ask you along every step if the length is good, the shape is good, are you happy, do you like them? I have had 25+ pedicures over the years and never gotten an infection. If you are smart, make an appointment. I have observed hundreds of happy customers over the years while I have been in the salon. I am happy to add my name to that list. Highly recommend!

Whenever I choose to come here I know I am taking a chance. The staff is friendly, but its not enough of a reason to come back when the nails are not consistent.Prices have increased rapidly, & I understand that everything is going up but it's hard to pay those prices when the job isn't fulfilled to the best of their ability. The gel manicures are okay, it really depends who's doing it so hopefully you are lucky - but I do not recommend getting pedicures here. And if you do, pay the extra $10 to make them gel. I came in for a regular pedicure at $38 so that after three hours of drying when I put my shoes on they still got ruined. This was due to the amount of paint that was gloped on. Also the nail tech did not clean my nails thoroughly (still managed to cut my toe, and didnt say anything so I played dumb) before almost painting them. I had to tell them to please dig in to get the gunk out & when they did everything they didn't clean came out.If the workers were trained a bit more and attention was being put to the services they give by management I think this place would have a chance. Instead there's a lot of talking on the phone and hanging out by employees as people are walking in. They seem very comfortable.Services like this are the reason why I'm looking at gel machines online to do the work myself. I don't expect perfection but once again, leaving paying almost $100 including tip I sure should be leaving satisfied and worry-free.
