Horrible experience. Not only are the prices ridiculous for what's donated, but one of the employees there was incredibly rude. She asked if I wanted to round up to donate and I said no thank you, then I saw on my receipt she rouded up anyway.
When we brought it up to her, she was very demeaning and basically told me I was wrong even though I know what I said. So rude and said everything in a mocking tone. Her name was Jenea and she was a black woman. I will not be recommending this location or any others for that matter to anyone. I won't be back.

Since April when the new Volunteers of America opened I have been going to the Brunswick Goodwill and I have started to like the Goodwill store better than the new Volunteers of America. I don't know who is donating clothing, etc. to VA but they are such ugly clothing for men and women, I usually find that the mens and womens clothing in this Goodwill are way nicer.

Management has made the decision to not offer customers any way to carry their purchased items without spending more money. They do not offer bags or boxes of any kind. Horrible customer service decision! Outside of this, it is a great place to get inexpensive, second-hand goods, but I do not support businesses that Virtue Signal at my inconvenience!

Wish I could say something about it.. we approached at 6:30pm and the doors wouldn't open, despite the door saying they were open until 8pm and workers/customers inside happily milling about. Not sure what that is about!

I love this location. It’s close to my work. Only negative thing I can say is that last time I went they said they don’t do bags anymore (what?! charge 10 cents more per item and give me a dang bag) so I ended up juggling huge arms full clothes I got for my grandson out to the car. At least start months before warning people that starting such and such a date you’ll need to bring your own bags. \\u003e: |

I love this location. It’s close to my work. Only negative thing I can say is that last time I went they said they don’t do bags anymore (what?! charge 10 cents more per item and give me a dang bag) so I ended up juggling huge arms full clothes I got for my grandson out to the car. At least start months before warning people that starting such and such a date you’ll need to bring your own bags. >: |
