Just left and I told her I wanted my hair cut just below the shoulder with layers. She cut way above my shoulder and asked if I still wanted layers. I told her no because I didn’t want any shorter. Then later found out that the girl cutting my hair had no experience because she had to have another lady check my hair before I was done. I’m not trying to be mean. The girl was sweet. But I wish they would have asked me if I was ok with a student cutting my hair first. Yes I get it it’s hair it will grow back but I am not happy with my hair at all and literally cried when I left.

Good prices. Perfect location. Not bad wait times. My kids love going to 'Miss Sue'!!! I've been coming here for many years. Still excellent service. I recommend checking in online to skip long wait times for walk-ins! Today (a Saturday), was busy and all the staff were friendly & welcoming! My stylist used this awesome great clips brand blow dry cream on my hair & blew dry it. It looks great!

I've taken my 5 year old here three times, and we are officially done after the most recent time. The first time was great. The stylist seemed sympathetic and understanding when I told her my son had sensory issues when it came to hair cutting. The cut was perfect and comparable to the photo I showed. The 2nd time, I was asked if I wanted the same as the first. I said yes. It wasn't the same, but still not terrible. We went again today, and I showed a pic of his haircut from the first time and requested that again. It was not the same. I forgot my glasses at home so didn't realize just how bad it was. The stylist had 0 personality. She did not engage my son in any conversation while we were there. Won't be returning.
