I purchased a riding lawn mower. The sales person, Jim Novak was very helpful and knowable about the unit.
Home depot has a 90-day satisfaction return policy.
After using it a couple time, I determined that my lawn is too hilly for a riding mower. The mower worked fine it just didn't like mowing on the side of a hill.
I called Jim and told him of my decision to return it. He was very professional, respectful, there was no challenge to my decision.
Within a couple hours he came to my home and picked up the mower. He even saw to it that my credit card was credited for the purchase. I didn't even have to come into the store.
I'll be in the market for a new mower very soon and rest assured I will be getting it from Home Depot.
Great Customer service.

I've been shopping at this store for years, because it's a 20 minute trip to any other home improvement store. I've finally reached the point where I don't care. I'll make the trip to a different store.
Need help? Good luck finding any associates. They are professional hiders. Have questions? You'd have better luck searching Google. All you'll get out of these guys is a blank stare as they try to find any other associate who also doesn't know anything. Want to know where something is? Use the App/Website - it's what they'll do, because they haven't got a clue. Want to exchange propane? Go wait in the tool rental section for a good 30 minutes or so until somebody shows up and hope they have the keys.
Seriously, avoid this place. They don't care about their customers one bit.

Refused to accept my online return 5 days after purchase. Stood there for 45 minutes for them to tell me there was an error in the system so I have to wait 5 days

I was trying to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but I can’t anymore. I have placed several orders for pickup at this location. When the items are ready, you receive emails and texts stating you have until a certain date to pickup before the order is cancelled and refunded. Last fall I placed an ordered for sand and ice melt to prepare for the winter. They had the sand in store but the ice melt needed to be shipped, but would still be there within the pickup window for the sand. Well, 3 days before the pickup window was to end, they cancelled the sand for the order. I contacted Home Depot and they said they had no clue why it was cancelled but to go into the store and it would be noted on my account to give me the sand free of charge. Of course the store had no clue about this.
Now I order my husbands Father’s Day present, which I had until June 14th to pick up. It is June 9th today and I received a voicemail that they were cancelling the order because I haven’t picked up. I contacted Home Depot’s support and they have no idea why this location keeps canceling my orders when I’ve still got plenty of time to pick up.

I just watched your associate Sean walk up to his manager Jenn and hand her a large sum of cash. He Said someone had dropped it. Awesome job Sean! Ww need more people with your lecel of integrity in the world. Also Jenn was awesome with helping figure out some pricing confusion. This store has awesome associates. They never disappoint me. Keep up the good work.

I was in the store today and was really impressed with the employees customer service. I was in retail for 28 years and know that employees need time to stock and straighten the store, so I use the app to find products or read the big signs that tell you what's down the aisle. so I very rarely ask for assistance but it was still nice to have at least 8 employees greet me and ask if I needed help with anything. Good job Home Depot Brunswick!

Service for windows is terrible. If contracting them for work: Print out the contract/proposal and have a third party professional review it before you sign. Don’t trust them to get it right later because if they don’t they won’t budge and will screw you!
