“I showed up to get my husbands Wenger Swiss army watch battery changed. The jeweler was very nice and was able to figure out how to fix the date and time since these watches can be a little complex. The price if the service was very reasonable. They accept cash and checks only.”
“Came here on Black Friday and found a beautiful ring, but needed it sized. Unfortunately, I was leaving the city the next day. It so happened that their jewel smith happened to come by the store and Abbie (sp?) who was helping us, talked to him and he agreed to size the ring first thing next morning so that I could have it before I left town. Abbie was a delight to work with (as was Antonio who patiently rang up the bills). The whole team went above and beyond to get us exactly what we wanted. Amazing experience!”

“I recently visited The Shoppe in Berea and was impressed. The atmosphere is very clean and welcoming, with a distinct chill, somewhat hippie, classic rock vibe that makes it a pleasure to browse. The staff was super helpful, making my experience even better. They genuinely have 'a little something that everyone could use or want.' I walked out with a classic rock band T-shirt, a new plant, and a gift for a friend. Will probably go back.”

Shopped around at a few places for an engagement ring and Continental Fine Jewlery just so happened to be down the road from one of the places I was looking at. They were very transparent about pricing and easy to work with. They didn't pressure me into buying and let me walk out and think about the purchase I was going to make. I ended up calling them as soon as I got home that day and pulled the trigger on the ring. I was on a tight timeline for the ring (it was custom) as I had a vacation a few weeks away where I wanted to propose. I thought the price was extremely fair and they finished it even earlier than promised. The diamond they found me was amazing and checked all of the boxes. Again, I couldn't be more happy with my experience. We will certainly be going back for our wedding bands.”
