I had a great experience. The associates were extremely helpful. They explained everything thoroughly. I was going to get other services that they stated I didn't need. Saved me some cash. That's always a good thing.

The kids are super nice and the manager is very very safety conscious and nice too obviously on her game we used them for tire mounting oil changes and more on fleet vehicles we have them take oil samples for oil tests on our vehicles and they always get it right ! they do more than change tires we have weird vehicles too Thanks all super nice handed me a water when I got out of the car which was super nice! definitely going back when we need

I was in a desperate situation with a dead battery and unable to install it. Mary and Brad (tech) were extremely helpful and took me in right away and actually saved me money which I very much appreciated! I left extremely happy! Thanks to Mary and Brad! Good fast and friendly service. Staff does a good job of making customer satisfaction a priority. When I mentioned that I would be taking my car on a long trip the manager immediately told the crew to be very thorough in the safety inspection.

When I was slowly driving in, I was looking for a sign that said wait here for attendant or something. Saw no such sign. What I did see were four bays, three of which had a cone with a stick sticking up from the opening of the cone. This to me indicated the 4th bay with no cone was the bay being used for service as I was the only patron there at the time. As I was slowly driving to the 4th, cone less bay, a staff member began shouting at me to stop. As I was stopping (my car not even in the bay yet) he continued shouting at me “what are you doing?” This was completely uncalled for in my opinion. I understand. The staff member wouldn’t have known this about me. But I left an abusive relationship where I was often run towards and shouted at. I was there for a simple oil change. Instead what I got was an exacerbation of my PTSD from my abusive marriage and was fighting back tears. Needless to say, I won’t be returning to this location the next time I need an oil change.
