Took the car for and oil change and the desk guy said dropping the car for all day and I was like ok not happy but they were very backed up and it took 5 hrs the desk guys said our regular guy was out sick and they had to call another mechanic from a different store Husband wasn’t happy at all that it took that long

Well my truck had blown a hose in the power steering area took it in they got to it the next day said it was just a loose hose clamp fixed it for me check the air in my tires and did all that for free just wanted to say big UPS to you guys thank you so much definitely will be coming back again you came through in a real real tough spot for me thank you

I highly recommend these people, very professional very respectful actually showed me what was wrong with my car and not just saying whats wrong with my car. Car was fixed quick and very affordable highly recommended these guys, I went in for brakes rotors and a oil change will be coming back for the other stuff they recommend

I don’t want anyone to go through what I went through. I made a mistake thinking that I could trust that I was in good hands. I was lead to believe my car was fixed.i paid. $1,180 well if i could get that kinda money for absolutely nothing! ?♀️ putting people in danger not is not my thing.
Not even a week later the same issue occurred again I took it back I called and was told take it back. I called corporate and was told that I should take it back. So i did then I was asked to leave my car for a few days. I should honestly known better than to do that. But I left my car@ MR Tire. I got a call 3 days later and was told I should get my money back from corporate Monroe auto. And get rid off my car as soon as possible. It’s not worth fixing it’s funny how im being told this after they have inspected my vehicle on 4 different occasions. The 1st time i was told the thermostat censor was bad!!! And the breaks needed to be replaced. I was given a time and day it could happen. Then I was told how dangerous it was for us to wait. The entire car could cause serious injury and even a fatal accident. Because the car could over heat and we would not be aware because of the fault censor. I believe he put the codes in to turn the check engine light off. And then told us he completed the job. My dumb self even brought him lunch. Not even 3 full days later the engine light was back on and the code was reading the exact same problem he claimed to fix. But all of a sudden after I exposed what I believe happened @ that location. This set off all these issues only on this last visit they discover that my car is a piece of trash that I need to get rid of. Wow ?let me see!!! I did call corporate and at this point they will not answer my calls no matter what time I call or how many hours I’m waiting with this loud stupid music blasting and no one answers the phone, I have held on so long I closed them down. So I wish I would have never stopped at MR TIRE. OUT of Money car not Fixed and the time I wasted weekend after weekend and they didn’t even get to my car some weekends! Sorry ? I had to get this out.thanks for listening ?

I've been to Mr. Tire Auto Service Center in Brunswick a handful of times over the last few years and I cannot recommend them enough! The staff are all friendly and will happily answer any questions you have about your vehicle. Their prices are very reasonable and you'll know that your vehicle is being taken care of by people that care. I really can't recommend them enough!!

Fast and efficient. Friendly and even tho I'm a mechanic myself they explained everything in an easy to understand way. Great customer service especially to the mechanic that did all the steering components and bearing on our 04 explorer

I’ve been taking my car here for years and have always had a great experience. Everyone is so professional and kind and I’ve always been satisfied with my service. As a young woman who admittedly doesn’t know much about cars I’ve sometimes worried about being taken advantage of at mechanics but the respect and honesty I have been shown at Mr. Tire has always put me at ease. This is a great group of hardworking people and I would gladly recommend them to anyone in need of auto maintenance and repairs.
