Typically a great experience. However, your vacuums in the last several weeks have mostly been either completely clogged or very, very weak. good part of the reason people like coming here are the available vacuums. Recently, this has been falling quite short.

I usually get a car wash monthly subscription at the North Royalton car wash for the winter and they were great! But they aren’t there anymore. So I purchased a monthly wash package for 2 of my vehicles at Whistle Express in Brunswick, Ohio. Called for a refund after 3 washes. Unfortunately after every wash (out of 3) both cars were left with road grime on windshield, dirty doors and the rear of the cars were left filthy and full of soap. The monthly packages are pricey for the less than mediocre wash. I had the “silver” plan I believe. The staff was friendly but I’m not paying for a car wash that doesn’t clean my entire car.

Do NOT waste your money.
Used to be excellent..had a monthly plan..
The new owners suck and so does the wash.
Car is just as dirty as when I pulled in.
I will search for ANY other car wash..has to be better than this.

Very friendly staff, but a horrible wash. I can’t believe I wasted $16! I would really like to get a refund but I don’t know how to go about doing that. There are streaks everywhere and missed spots. I just moved here so I thought I’d try it out. I used to go to one where I’d wash it myself for $5 and the car would look great. I’m going back to that method now.

Well I got monthly past and my is still dirty because you don't prep them right to busy on phones

Beware Brunswick Residents!!! This car wash caused damage to my brand new 2025 over $1300 in repairs and they denied any responsibility. I was forced to open a claim with my insurance carrier. They would not even help with the deductible. You might want to consider a completely touch-less wash. His message to me was so sorry but your claim has been denied. I was told before my claim was submitted that it would be denied.

Seems to have gone down hill since the change of ownership. I could have gotten my vehicle cleaner with a pressure washer.

It's close to me so it works. This isn't the best location, however staff is excellent. They have a few others that offer a bit more and a better wash.

Been coming here a long time. Makes life easier to get a quick wash instead of trying to fit it in. Good place good people!
