I purchased a Ford Focus 2014 from this dealership in September this year. The car ran well except for this stuttering coming from a stop. I paid extra for their warantee because I had my doubts about this purchase. I had paid for the warantee and the vehicle at the same time but Tim neglected to set up my vehicle with the warantee. No less than a week later I had a check engine light come on and the car stalled out on me on the road. I called and emailed multiple times to no answer.
I had returned to the dealership to see what I had to do to file a claim through the warantee, come to find out the vin number was not registered for the warantee at all. Tim provided me with the warantee papers in which it stated that it must me signed and active on the same date as the purchase. The papers he provided me did not match the date of the purchase for the vehicle. So the warantee I had PAID for was already void due to negligence.
I had took the vehicle back to the dealership and they promised to get someone to take a look at it. I called multiple times for an update and nothing. I returned after a week to get my money back for the warantee. They did not have anyone take a look at it and wanted me to call back the next day for an update. I opted to fix it on my own since I knew they were going to drag their feet with getting someone to fix it.
Please do not do business here and if you must, make sure they give you documentation for everything! But otherwise avoid them entirely. I had a terrible experience working with them. Tons of empty promises and they will never call or reach back out to you.

I will preface my review by saying if your are looking at older higher mileage vehicles in general anywhere be it at a big dealership, car lot or private party you should either know a thing or two about cars, bring someone with you who does or get it inspected by an actual mechanic or you’re probably setting yourself up for failure. I only ended up in Brunswick after missing the turn coming from another dealership where all the vehicles I had looked at weren’t even possibly ok. We looked at a couple cars here and they weren’t great. To clarify I’m looking at sub $6k awd vehicles for a college student. You need to get on the ground and look at the car you are considering buying. See if it’s rusty, see if things look awry. I’ve seen $40k trucks at “real” car dealerships that were rotted out and had duct tape holding things together. You need to know what you are buying. If a vehicle is $2k under blue book private party there is probably a reason. Anyway, drove one car it needed brakes desperately, didn’t accelerate amazing, but it was lower mileage. Got under it and it was pretty rusted. Told the guy it wasn’t for me. They just got in a Ford Flex and it was being washed since I got back with the other vehicle. I am not a fan of ford vehicles so it would have to be solid to impress me. I sent the kid a picture and they liked it so I drove it. It was good all the way around. I put it into some check by vin database places. Nothing out of the ordinary. Engine sounded great when I remote started it and when I got under it for being a 10+ year old vehicle it was clean clean. Went to the bank got cash deal done. Price was between kbb private party and dealer used MSRP. I feel it was a fair price. Took it out to BJs to do a little shopping and got the echeck it passed no problem. I could tell by the way it looked/ felt it had been maintained. Looked it up in detail today and in March of this year brakes all the way around were done and the battery. Tires were new in April of 2024. This SUV is road ready and has quite a bit of life left in it imo. This is about the cleanest vehicle I have seen anywhere lately even looking at high high end SUVs for myself. I feel like I really lucked out on this one. If it happens to explode or anything of this nature in the near future I’ll update, but it’s solid all the way around and no major issues I could find. That’s about best case scenario these days. Doing a little homework on a vehicle you are about to spend thousands of dollars on is just common sense and again get under it, look it all over, if you don’t know about cars bring someone with you that does or get it checked out by an actual mechanic. This place seems to get a bad rap because people are oblivious about what they buy and expect a lot for very little money. Micheal is who we worked with and was pleasant and listened to what I had to say. Tossed me some Halloween teeth for the little kid at home. I’m happy with my purchase and I know the kid in college is going to be super impressed with this vehicle as well.

Ron is one solid guy. Never pressured us to buy any vehicle. His very easy to work with. I would highly recommend him for your next used vehicle. Ron has handed the business to his son's. They are doing a great job.

Awful experience. Multiple cars were listed with the wrong year (ex: 2008 when it was a 2007). I first went to the Brookpark location and the car wasn’t even there. A few days later I visited this location and the owner knowingly sold the car I came to see right before I arrived, then tried to push a different junk car. One staff member gave a price $1,500 off and was 20,000 miles wrong on the odometer. Both cars had valve cover leaks. They’ll do surface-level repairs to fool the average buyer—be careful if you go.

Had an ad on Craigslist as for sale by owner. Messaged to find out when's a good time to meet. Sent me the address to this dealership with no reply about a good time after asking twice. Came to the dealership during posted business hours. No one was here called the posted number. No answer, save your time and gas money. Go someplace that actually wants to sell cars.

Showed up randomly, bought a car within hours. Everything went fast, easy, and followed up well. Thanks to Mike and his crew.
My car is beautiful and I love it and loved how easy everything went and everything went better than I had expected.

This is one of the worst places to do business with buyer beware. These guys absolutely do not communicate whatsoever. If you ever have a question or need something or want to inquire about a car good luck they absolutely never ever pick up the phone they never ever respond to your email or voicemails. I can only imagine the amount of business they would do if they were just professional even the slightest bit. If this was the last card dealership in the world I would rather buy a horse. And that's no exaggeration

There are two brothers that run this business and they honor their father who founded it by carrying on his life’s work. They are good hometown people who are honest and helpful.

Went to look at a 2009 dodge Ram SLT 4x4 with new tires, new battery, 125 k miles, runs great, no service lights according to advertisement
Found a 2009 dodge Ram slt 4x4 with old tires (definitely not new), new battery like they said, 135 k miles, did not run great, loud as can be and soft brakes, check engine light on
Whatever good deal you found here, no you didn’t, as soon as you go in person you’ll find they are being shady.

Drove 1.5 hours to close on a vehicle after calling to say I was on the way and no one was there when I arrived. Don’t waste your time here.
