Family run buisness. They are awesome. Had a hard time finding a place to replace my windshield due to some rust. These guys got me right in, worked with my scheduling issues and took care of everything perfectly. They did great work and their customer service was really excellent. Im very grateful for them. Absolutely worth taking your vehicle here.

Excellent customer service. Each time I called, a real person answered my questions and I was able to schedule an appointment to repair my windshield very quickly in spite of it being the holiday season with some staff being out on vacation. My windshield took a hit from a rock that a semi kicked up on the freeway leaving a ¼” chip right above the defrost vent. The technician noted that this is a particularly susceptible part of the glass to continue cracking further from expansion and contraction due to the freezing cold on the outside and the heating from the defroster below. So I’m very appreciative that they were able to get it taken care of as soon as possible. And while I expected the repair to not be perfect, the result is that it is VERY hard to find where the chip was.

It is nice dealing with this local family business. Very helpful. Ordered and received my windshield in a timely manner. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company. This is the third time I have dealt with them over the years.

Sandy and his team exceeded my expectations. They promptly installed a special windshield for my electric vehicle upon its arrival, completing the task in just two hours. In contrast, the dealership had requested a two-day turnaround and an additional $1,000 for the same service. I am incredibly grateful for their exceptional service.
Furthermore, Sandy removed the dealership decal without any hesitation whatsoever. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

If only all businesses were this customer service focused!! From the initial phone call to the completion of the work everything was top notch! Sandy made me feel so welcome and treated me like a friend. She communicated with me often and provided all of the information I needed. Sandy handled the process with my insurance from start to finish. It took Lexus 3 months to get the glass but Safety Auto Glass had it installed within hours of it's arrival. Very satisfied customer.
