Expired offer on the cooler, then food got deleted, huge line took like 10 minutes to get a bagel and then was still almost charged for it after saying it was comped, then the bagel had barely any cream cheese I paid extra for and it wasn't even spread out. The struggle is clearly real at this Sheetz. Highly disappointed

Ordered a made to go drink. Watched her spill it. (She appeared to be on something) Had to head back to work since I was on BREAK. Now I have to waste another break to try and go back to get it.

Worst sheetz ever, they substituted regular Pepsi for my diet, I am diabetic I literally CAN NOT have sugar. The employees don't care they roll their eyes and called my wife dramatic. Buttons on gas pumps don't work, good luck cashing in sheetz points. Shift manager said owner does this on purpose. Air pump is broke, if you can't keep quality people and you equipment up then sell. And don't comment on here thank you for our feedback. You have a ton of negative reviews and nothing changes so save you breath.

I went to the Sheetz in Brunswick Ohio at
3:30am during my time there, the extra large girl who looks like she is disabled started an argument with Michael the manager on duty because he had asked for help. He had 3 orders up on the screen and 2 drink orders. She started cursing and yelling and refused to help. This is ridiculous and I’ve never seen anything as trashy as this at Sheetz. I will not be coming back to this location. I waited 30 minutes for my food because they decided to argue and cuss eachother out infront of multiple customers rather than make the food

This is the nastiest Sheetz I have ever seen. The food employee rolled his eyes when I went to order. He wasn’t very clean in appearance. I am unsure if I will ever eat here again

Every. Single. Time. I. Order. Food. From. This. Place. They. Get. It. Wrong.
The owner will slap the phone number for the store on this review and ask it not to be public but this store hires stupid people that can't even handle small tasks. I just got a door dash order, granted not everything will go good when you order food but how does the workers preparing the food not only mess up the order but they forget multiple items too.
Girl got wraps and I got a sub, obviously two very different items....explain to me how they messed up and made the items opposite? They put her ingredients into my sub bun and vise versa.... I'm not being over the top either, it hasn't been once or twice...it's every time. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt but after tonight I have to say, gas is the only thing I'm getting from this store, I don't mean that as a threat obviously my business isn't going to effect the store but I hope that the owner takes some sort of responsibility and either re trains his employees correctly and holds them to higher standards or at least goes back on camera footage and finds the workers who aren't holding themselves as well as others to a certain normal standard.

Not sure what happened to this place the last few months. Way under staffed especially in the morning. Worker walks off while orders are waiting as the manager is just standing in the lobby stocking cups ignoring the people just standing there waiting.

Got gas and 5 mins later my bank account was attached! I lost my rent and everything from a pump across from the so called employees could see it! Stay away unless u want this hell unleash on u!

$26.00 for the clerk to dump spicy garlic sauce in our bag over our jalapeño poppers and bacon cheddar tots!?!? Black dude at the counter was so nice!! Greeted us when we came in!! Food service was HORRIBLE!!
